packebush from fareway. we're just a few weeks out from christmas which means lots of holiday parties. whitney is here to give us an idea for an appetizer. we are cooking with wonton wrappers i have a sweet and savory version. i'm going to show you an idea for the savory. but mostly i am going to teach you the method of rolling the wonton wrappers you can really add anything you want in the middle. these are a low calorie appetizer. we are going to make a southwest wonton. this is a nice vegetarian option. this is the whipped cream cheese, then half a jalapeno. some red bell pepper, corn, and red onion, and salt and pepper. the whipped stirs a lot better. set that aside, i have my wrappers covered with a wet paper towel because they dry very fast. they are thin, wet outside with water to keep it stay shut, some people use egg wash. then take about a tablespoon of filling and put it near the corner you'll be folding. go corner to corner, and seal it shut and get the air itut so it doesn'tbble up. this is aditionaltriangle. another trick is to use two of the shells, use a little water, put the filling directly in the cenr this me, and then cover it withother wrapper and close it ut. you're not adding a lot of lories it's just about 20 in ch shell. if you don't want to
