the trial resumes monday morning. an indianola man is in custody facing terrorism charges... police say 21-year old trey sudbrock tried to buy a gun so could "kill a lot of people." he is charged with one count of threatening terrorism. sudbrock was already charged with one count of animal his former girlfriend's dog. a newton pastor set out to do a good deed, but ended up in the emergency room after being hit by a suspected runk driver. cory stout is now home recovering. on wednesday, he was helping a stranded driver on the side of the road, when police say a drunk driver hit him. the impact threw stout -- resulting in several stitches to his head and injuring his shoulder. stout is the lead pastor of community heights alliance church. he plans to preach a message of

sorensen with a major decision. iowa rolls over the illini 26-12 the greatest football player in iowa state history now has a spot right alongside the best players of all-time. the wait is finally over, troy davis now a member of the college football hall of fame. announced today by the national football foundation davis is one of 16 players or coaches, who will be inducted in to the class of 2016. davis played at iowa state from 1994-96 running all over opponents. he's the only player in division 1 history to rush for over 2-thousand yards twice. davis led the nation in rushing as a sophomore and junior. a 2-time heisman trophy finalist, t-d records in rushing yards, all-purpose yards, 200 yard games and rushing touchdowns. davis is the 2nd cyclone player inducted in to the hall of fame, the other, ed bock who played in the 1930's. in a statement released today davis says, quote.
