-- once the visit is over, other relatives from each side return to their homes, knowing it is on likely it will seek other again. only a fraction of the tens of thousands of koreans on the waiting list have been given the opportunity. but there have recently been renegotiations that would allow only 200 people -- from the north and the south -- to meet their relatives during six days at the end of september. there are as yet no plans in place for a subsequent reunion, and for many, after five decades, time is running out. the south also views this week -- used this week's discussions to raise other humanitarian concerns. 500 other citizens are believed to have been seized in the decades following the korean war and never returned.

shows in this country. we asked him to illustrate the difficulty he is facing. here is the problem -- an animator in england comes up with an amazing idea for a new program. it takes it to the finance year -- financier. he loves it. but when he does the sons, he realizes if it came from ireland, 23% of the production cost would come as a tax break. if it came from france, 20% of the cost would be a tax break. there are similar incentives all over the world -- but not in england. this means that more and more animation comes from overseas. the english animator is told thanks, but no thanks. the amount of animation produce
