if you have a lapel camera that is recording, one of the striking things is that they are vastly differing accounts. a slightly different angle. is, if you have everyone wearing a lapel camera, it will alter the way police feel they have to behave because it can be proven if they treated an individual with respect are not and they say this is what happens. it is also looking for other things as well.

>> that leaves us a lot of money. i spoke a short time ago with dr. bell, the codirector of the neurological institute and former physician for the pittsburgh steelers. problem of is the concussion in america football? are you concerned? i am concerned like many others are. i think football is a safer as it -- is as safe as it has ever been. there is a lot of hitting that goes on. the challenges exist in ice hockey, the pugilistic arts, with soccer. >> i know you have tried it when you have been working with young people playing football. nfl could bethe

doing to make the sport more safe? the nfl has done a lot in the last three or four years. sweeping changes. less, theit elimination of egregious or egregious head hits. there is a better system for player management systems. level, from the nfl there have been more changes than ever. >> reducing the risk of retired players, or is it too soon to say that? >> it is conjecture that it would and i believe it will.

days, thek at the old style of play, the style of practice. understanding that in a minority of players, they can go on to have problems as they get older. like never before, the changes at every level have resulted in improvement. >> do you have a son? >> i have three. >> did they play football? >> one was a noncontact guy and play baseball but the other two played. i and their mother felt that they understood the risk and it was safe for them to play. >> you did not feel nervous about them playing american football? >> not at all. i played 10 years and i think it's america's greatest sport. what are they going to be doing
