in addition, trump and women was heavily traending topic on twitter. one of the hvm searched on google, fact check topics, what is roe v. wading and another big moment on facebook, and all four topic moments on facebook had to do with trump incoming clashing with the moderator, aleppo, comments made about the emmys, an and so all of those top moments having to do with trump. >> yeah, that it did. that putin tweet from trump, from several years ago and the miss universe pageant in russia. a lot of people tweeting that overnight. >> lauren, thanks so much. hillary clinton was already picking up momentum ahead of the debate making the stakes high for donald trump. >> she's within striking distance of states that have not

matt dowd said mind games don't work in this regard, but vegas stunts. i have to say that did seem to be the case. once the debate started, that was not something talked about, heard about, or make a difference. mark cuban drew attention in the spin room, making the rounds in here. >> there were a number of times chris wallace asked the crowd to settle down. we couldn't hear that much going on on tv, but what did you hear in the room? >> reporter: so, a few things. being in the spin room is an interesting place to hear the debate because the reactions. this is the press from around the world sitting and watching. it's not the audience. we watch it on tv monitors similar to probably you guys, but a few moments, when trump

hombres, a derogatory term, there was a audible gasp in the spin room. interesting to me being here covering a debate for the first time this campaign season, was that there were a lot of laugh lines. not what you expect for an event that's this serious, with so much at stake, but a number of interchanges between or exchanges, rather, between clinton and trump had a comical turn, and there was laughter at what kind of read as jokes at times with their spats, and then as far as inside the debate hall and chris wallace, one thing that stood out to me during the part of the discussion over the allegations of sexual misconduct that trump is facing, which he continues to deny and deny tonight, once trump asserted he has the greatest respect for rim or so much respect for women or something to that effect, chris wallace had to say something to the crowd, asking them to settle down, calm down, something to

a super typhoon crashed into the province of the country with sustained winds of 7 miles per hour. gusts reached over 175 miles per hour. four people killed, thousands fled to shelters as the storm approached. of course, there was flooding in the philippines, but also in hong kong. even before the super typhoon arrived there. one witness was caught on a street. the super typhoon is expected to come within about 60 miles of hong kong tomorrow. the fbi arrested a russian man accused of hacking linked nn j. they picked him up in prague without incident. they believe hi hacked into servers in 2012 and may have

first thought. the information includes user names and passwords and may have been sold to other hackers. back here, police in san francisco say that shooting near a high school was gang-related, and the 15-year-old female victim was the target. they are now looking for the four suspects who fled after spraying gunfire in the parking lot. extra security ordered for the school and grief counselors were on hand. >> i went home last night, and i hugged and kissed my kids so tightly. i have a heavy responsibility to create safety. wounded in the shooting have all been released from the hospital. this was the scene as a school bus burned outside an elementary school in south carolina. the driver of a group of children drove the bus after smelling smoke while arriving at the school. no one was injured, but the bus is considered a total loss. a 62-year-old woman from spain shows off a bouncy baby
