live from green bay inside the huddle, with randall cob. [ applause ] desire -- hellee, everyone. welcome to inside the huddle. it's halloween week. we got a special guest. >> if you've ever seen blue
11:34 pm
martin lawrence's character. >> tell us a little about the movie. >> okay. i can't really talk with these teeth in. i'll take it off for now. yeah, so now, miles lawrence. or miles logan, martin lawrence plays his character in "blue streak" a movie that came out in the '90s where he put a diamond into a building before it was built, and he came back to the building, and it was a police station. diamondback. so this was his disguise to get back in the building. >> i wish we had the size. because it was pretty close. >> i tried. >> we gotta ask, what is your favorite halloween costume? >> i think this may be my best one so far. i always played a football player as a kid. so that was kind of played out. i was shrek one year. but i think this is probably my best one.
11:35 pm
around the state. they want to talk about football. unfortunately, you weren't on the field sunday. but what did you see from the tape that you really liked? >> i saw some young guys making plays. and that's very important for our team. as we go through the season. of course, i would have loved to be out there. but throughout the week, we were hoping that it was going to be a chance. and come saturday, it was kind of one of those things, where the coaches and the training staff protected me from myself. because i would have been out there and been able to play. but i don't think that i would have been able to level i would like to. >> let's talk about these young guys really quickly. injury settlement. nfl catch them. and that's pretty crazy. >> yeah. it was great. great to see him get a touchdown through trevor davis. those guys work extremely hard every day. they come to work. and they continue to learn each day. and you know, i try to do my part and help them when i can. but they play it really well. they did some really good
11:36 pm
experiences. >> i can't take you seriously. >> i know. i can't take myself seriously with that hanging from my face. >> i like it. i think you can go a number of different ways. you can go lionel richie. you can pull it off. >> that's great. >> we gotta talk about our good drive of the game. this is our good drive of the game. you got started fast. but go ahead in the fourth quarter. saw a lot of pieces with aaron rogeras the end -- aaron rodgers at the end. >> that was a great drive for us. and i thin being able to see those young guys. we spread the ball out all throughout that drive. rip, had a few good runs. jeff made a nice catch. jordy made a big catch for us. we call him the 12th man on the field. huge, always makes big plays and jeff made a touchdown pass. and aaron was age to go for -- able to go for a touchdown. >> i think everyone at home was throwing their arms up there,
11:37 pm
i can't take it seriously. i love it. i wish i had that curl like that. we gottauck talk about -- gotta talk about health, though. everybody wanting you back on the field. but you have a lot of guys banged up this season. how do you talk that now, move forward to be healthy when you need to, and peak when you need to? >> that's important. like i said, the young guys getting experience now. it could be something that is big for us in the back end. the more guys we have getting pe offensively, you know, hopefully james could be back soon. hopefully myself and ty can get back on the field. as well as eddie, whenever he comes back. once he recovers from his injury. jared cook. we have a lot of guys on offense that can come back over the course of the season. so we just want to continue to try to find ways to win. i think we put ourselves in a great position. and unfortunately, we didn't make enough plays there at the end to get it done.
11:38 pm
everybody here. this is inside the huds. we'll have measure with randall cob,aka miles logan. we'll be right back at the

11:40 pm
11:41 pm
it's been nearly 100-year history of the green bay packers. the one constant has been our work. once again, i'm proud to partner with good will. workplace in green bay history. welcome back, inside the huddle, this is a power work moment, presented by good will. we take it back to aaron rodgers, first matchup, pass to donald lee. but the story line of the game. peyton manning picked off twice for scores. two pick 6 packers go on to win this one, 34-16. so 2008. you might have still been playing quarterback. >> yeah.
11:42 pm
thasms my freshman year, kentucky. >> it would be great if the defense could get you two scores this week. >> that would be great. >> what is it like to see vintage video of aaron from then to now? seems like he's almost the same guy. >> yeah, it does. but i like seeing the shag out the back of the helmet, throw back to when he had long hair. >> were you a fan of the soul patch? >> i always mess with him about the soul patch. >> i wish i could say something to him about that. but very experienced defense guys. have you had a chance to look at them? >> very briefly, we watched a little bit today. davis, a great pro bowl corner. he went out with concussion. keep in mind if he's going to be out there this week. one of their nickel cornerbacks also went out. it's the defense that has the structure of something we've seen. they've played a lot of man coverage. they're going to have safeties down in the box. so it's going to be important
11:43 pm
game. and also be able to go in and dig out those safeties in the running game. >> we just saw aaron rodgers, that man coverage -- use his feet, 60 rushing yards, career record for him. seems like he's back to the same aaron rogers rogers that everybody expects aaron rodgers to be. >> yeah. you know, it really is kind of weird, you know, hearing that and everything. but i think he's handled it the right way. and you know, he's play as himself. he's continued to be himself. he hasn't changed who he is. you know, he's continued to just hone in on his fundamentals and be prepared and get everybody else around him prepared. he's a great player. and when things happen in the media, like he hears those things. and i think he's able to use that as motivation and use that in a way to push himself to be better. >> all right. there it is.
11:44 pm
that inside the locker room information. how has this dynamic changed with spreading guys five out. it's are different -- very different. >> i think spreading it out, it gives guys more opportunities. giving jeff more snaps on the field. and now, geronimo. guys being put in different positions. being able to move around. this is just the evolution. have you to play with what you have. the strength of the guys that are going to be on the 46 home as of right now, when we have two running backs that aren't very experienced with our offense and understanding what we're trying to do, we have to move in a different way. you know, obviously, when we start to come back, we'll probably run the ball a little more. do a little different things. but you have to be able to play with what you have on the field. >> there it is, from randall cobs. we'll take a break. got more on inside the huddle, coming up after this.
11:45 pm
11:46 pm

11:47 pm
bans we are allowing the fans now to ask questions for randall. this is part of our wendy's fan question. here we go. question number 1. where is robert from swammico? right here. >> i like to hear it. >> there we go. >> robert asked me who is your sports idol growing up? >> growing up. my sports idol was michael jordan. i always thought i was going to be nba player. then i realized, i wasn't going to be 6'. so i'm still hoping i can grow a little bit.
11:48 pm
michael jordan. >> on the same boat. do we have the same mi -- favorite michael jordan moment? >> got to be the step back against utah. >> wasn't a push? >> definitely wasn't a push. >> all right. next question, tom from cedarburg, where are you? tom right here in the front. thanks, tom. equipment tom's question, how many passes, randall, have you thrown in your nfl career? >> how many? just one. i've only had one. it's kind of hard to pull away there that guy we got back there. i'll petition for a few. but i've only had one. it was my rookie year against new york. reverse pass. threw it to greg on the sidelines. he dropped it. yeah. still mad about that. >> ready for pass number 2. we'll get it back. >> gotta get it back up. >> it will be fine. >> all right. where is tracy from green bay? right here on the front. hi, tracy.
11:49 pm
good. her question is, what has it meant for you, randall? >> it's amazing. we have the best fans in the nation. to be able to play for an organization like this, that is so close to the community. it's unbelievable. there's nothing like it, in all of pro sports. kind of gives you that college feel. my favorite thing about games, whenever i'm pulling in on a snowy night. and i see all the fans out tailgating. that's the moment that gives me chills. no, i'm serious. those are the moments that me chills. pulling into the players parking lot and seeing the fans out there. >> my favorite is the guy who sits in a hot tub in the snow. only in green bay, wisconsin. that's the best fans in the world. i got a question for you. a lot of people around the state love what you do, love seeing how you work. but is there a moment from your career, from pee wee all the way up, that sticks out to you that maybe you draw on from time to time? or sticks out in your head? >> i would say probably my
11:50 pm
i think i've been able to grow from my failures. i still remember, i'll never forget it. it was a play in high school, where i kept --ee woo -- we ran the option. i kept the option. if i ran it, we probably would have scored the touchdown. i look down on that all the time from my career. and you're able to grow it it -- from it. >> we have more coming on inside the huddle. we'll be back after we pay some bills.

11:54 pm
i'm sorry. i said that at loud. i was just thinking it. >> we're good. we'll just have an awkward pause and enjoy for a minute. audience isn't laughing. true or false. factors of one, the last three games against the colts and the state of wisconsin? >> true. >> true. >> how about that, everybody? number 4 this sunday. milwaukee county stadium was 1991. so you were just born. coming back. 19. >> didn't make it to the 80s. >> all right. so halloween week again. is a pumpkin a fruit or vegetable? >> vegetable. >> yeah. that's right. that's right. >> it's a fruit. what? >> a fruit is classified as a part of a plant that develops from a flower. also a section of the plant that contains the seeds. so the pumpkin seeds makes it a fruit. so vegetables don't have seeds now? >> apparently vegetables don't have seeds.
11:55 pm
>> moving forward. just in case. >> this is probably the worst i've done on the quick trip quiz. >> we're going to get them next week. we'll be back. learning from failure. have success after failure. we're coming back. for more on inside the huddle right here on inside the green bay distillery. sorry about that.

announcer: right now, this is ? big 12th for saturday, brought mariah carey's first interview to locally by hyundai.
12:03 am
dan: good evening and welcome to >> while other shows are talking about mimi, we're talking to her. >> they have no idea. big 12 sports saturday. i'm dan needles. drew is off tonight. i'm joined by stephanie sutton. 3-year-old son's cancer bout. >> you're scared all the time. let's let everybody in on the secret. you can't ever think of a world without them. then think you know what stephanie has been battling kidney stones all week. she is a champ for being here. think again. >> screaming. we start off tonight talking about the badgers. wisconsin kept their hopes alive for a trip to the big 10 championship game with the 21-7 since 1999. if ohio state beats nebraska tonight, the badgers are in control of the west division race. also, texas a&m, fourth in the college football playoff is -- rankings, lost to mississippi state, which is a big boost to wisconsin. >> she taught a shlemiel, schlemazel. >> remembering legendary so let's start out with the badgers today. the first three we will look at is jazz peavy. >> i tried not to let him down. last year against northwestern in madison, peavy appeared to catch the game-tying touchdown driver speeding to the top of dancing's leaderboard.
12:04 am
>> i think a swallowed a bug. call, no catch. the badgers lost. peavy was peeved. thanks for joining us, everyone. what a week it has been for today he got his revenge. mariah carey and her billionaire this 46-yard run for a touchdown was a thing of beauty. peavy touched the ball five times and gained 119 yards on offense, the former kenosha led to the end of the engagement have been fueling the headlines tremper star also had a 25-yard punt return. >> mariah carey! jazz peavy was the top >> i'm good. how are you? >> you look fantastic. how are you feel something. >> thank you. very festive. ? player named just today, but >> mariah made headlines he may have been the difference maker. stephanie: 46 yards on the play, and interview since splitting from james packer. very impressive. dan and i are wearing purple. paid $500,000 per song. we did not mean to do that in that would make her near support of northwestern today. just a coincidence. jazz peavy very impressive. performance a million-dollar i like the way he played. payday. ? it seems like every year he gets
12:05 am
dan: one of the biggest now. i just recorded vocals for this questions was who is going to be one song that i'm really excited about. >> moving on to mariah's other big headline, the report that the big play guy. rule. could be true. as usual, defense carried the billionaire and the singer slept day for wisconsin holding the , wildcats under 300 yards. >> what i prefer is privacy, and they were outstanding on third downs, and former marquette high school star conor sheehy teamed up with garrett dooley for the then -- only turnover of the game forcing the fumble when the , wildcats were driving for a potential go-ahe s mariah a month before the split. he called her his soul mate, and and splashing this. mcp, mariah carey packer. i'm in love with you and can't ness. what went wrong? solid strong defense. stephanie: we even saw t.j. watt mariah wants a $50 million inconvenience fee from packer. down on the ground several times. he is one of the leaders on defense. >> i'm sure i'm going to be a even with him hurting, that
12:06 am
>> that theme would include keeping the engagement ring, estimated at $10 million. no doubt, the badgers defense also mia for $250,000 a holding the wildcats to seven points today is pretty impressive. of course, it has been the ? badgers calling card all season. the defense always seems to be playing well. dan: let's talk about the whys. one, quote, he made promises to quarterbacks. her that weren't fulfifulfilled. two, he moved her ss the quarterbacks today. the two quarterback experiment continued for paul chryst. now she would like james to apologize for breaking up with alex hornibrook started, and didn't play exceptionally well, although he didn't throw any interceptions. as for james' side of the story, a source tells us, quote, the this was his best pass here to george rushing. other noise is a distraction to that's great, but nothing spectacular. bart houston attempted just three passes, two were completed, including this 32 yarder to jazz peavy, leading to an inconvenience fee. >> you didn't know? a field goal. he also led the badgers on a touchdown drive. i think this quarterback shuffling is messing with
12:07 am
meanwhile, kim kardashian posted her first social media shot since her paris robbery. hasn't really played all that well. maybe it was something that she bart houston has played a lot better than people expect. stephanie: he knows he still has her life seem to be getting back a lot of growing pains left in his career in madison. to normal. armed security guards by the it has only been a few game way. for the first time we are since they have had this to quarterback system. gunpoint with kim inside that french they felt confident enough in over the world that are questioning this, basically bart houston to have him in overtime be at the helm for the badgers. the kidney stones are coming back out. dan: thank you, dinnertime. i feel her shock till now. no. it wasn't fake. maybe some kidney beans as well. big 12 sports stephen watson had a front row seat for today's victory. he reports tonight from evanston. stephen: on camera. >> the media? >> yes.
12:08 am
northwestern to three points. >> they have been giving us >> his account revealed three chances to win when we are not things we hadn't heard before. putting up a lot of points, and first, we finally got clarity i think they also have an energy about them and the confidence as concierge but really was more of a night watchman. that permeates through the whole team. >> if you have a relationship with your ball and do your job receptionist. >> did you have a gun with you at work? and do that consistently, the ball will find you. it's about being disciplined. stephen: the run defense held >> just after 2:00 a.m. three jackson the 42 yards. poli with his two previous meetings with the badgers. >> we watched a lot of film on he put the gun on me. how they played last year. he told me, don't look at me. just getting after and setting >> that leads to the second revelation. the pattern. stephen: wisconsin has won 13 of hotel did not have working security cameras. the last 15 big 10 road games, and more importantly, they have kept their big ten west title he was very angry on why. dreams alive.

those losses were more there for her ring. impressive than either win over lsu and nebraska. dan: they are in the drivers seat to win division of pocket, and then what did he nebraska losers. still ahead, the packers host the colts tomorrow at lambeau. a look at whether aaron rodgers and the offense can keep up the recent success they've found in the red zone. you're watching big 12 sports saturday. announcer: you are watching big >> at the time, kim's bodyguard was protecting kourtney and kendall. 12 sports saturday, brought to locally by hyundai one of the robbers had taken kim's >> when the phone rang, i saw pascal, the name of the bodyguard, and i told the guy you know who is calling now? it's her bodyguard. and if she didn't answer him now, he would come with police. >> at that point the robbers quickly left, taking with them $5.6 million worth of kim's jewelry. sources have since confirmed to "e.t." kim's bodyguard, pascal, was let go. so far, no suspects. police are still examining this grainy surveillance video.

12:13 am
as expected, corey linsley will start in place of the injured jc tretter tomorrow when the packers host indianapolis. the colts defense ranks in the bottom five in the nfl in most categories and the packers offense had a resurgance last week against atlanta, especially the red zone where they scored , on four out of five trips. that's not easy to do when you don't really have a running game, but aaron rodgers has done a good job of spreading the defenses out. >> there. so james keeps racing toward that with aaron rodgers in his mobility and ability to keep i'm saying he does not have place active. i can think that is something we shot, not with laurie hernandez. i'm sorry. i love you dude. coming up, the holidays are can be successful with. just about here. we are revealing oprah's like i said, normally it is him favorite things in our new interview. hitting rushed and he has to get up the pocket and we just have to make plays. that is where we perform at our best. dan: the question is, stephanie burning, pins-and-needles of diabetic nerve pain, these feet played shortstop in high school, sutton, can the packers keep up this new found success in the red zone?
12:14 am
last week, aaron rodgers was 't bear my diabetic nerve pain any longer. better at it because he was forced to look for receivers other than jordy nelson, who was tightly covered, and randall cobb, who was inactive. he had to use other receivers. lyrica is fda approved as it turned out geronimo from moderate to even severe diabetic nerve pain. lyrica may cause serious allergic reactions , allison, trevor davis, and janis each caught their first td pass of the year. stephanie: it depends on which new or worsening depression, or unusual changes in mood or behavior. packers often shows up. rash, hives, blisters, it is the tired feeling or blurry vision. well in the red zone and play well. weight gain and swelling of hands, legs, and feet. aaron rodgers has been hot and cold this season. don't drive or use machinery until you know how lyrica affects you. those who have had a drug or alcohol problem may be more likely to misuse lyrica. now i have less diabetic nerve pain. we hope randall cobb will be back this week against the colts. i like the fact that he has a wealth of receivers to throw to. first there is shaving. blades. last week, they played very well then gillette shielding. comfy lubrication before and after.
12:15 am
