a pipeline explosion near the kansas city airport lit up the sky with flames that could be seen for miles. the fire lasted for more than an hour before finally burring itself out. it didn't impact flights and there was no damage to structures. the cause of the fire still under investigation. and a wild scene near new orleans ended with a shoot-out and a kidnapping suspect in custody. police were led on a long chase following a man in a pickup truck. he had allegedly bound a woman
