possible death sentence for the shooting rampage at the church in south carolina. the judge ruled to delay the start of the trial. a pool of 67 jurors will be whittled down to 12 and when the jury selection is complete the attorneys will begin the opening arguments. the 22 year old is facing 33 federal charges, including nine violations of the federal security is expected to be tight at the courthouse. >> 5:09 a. mystery illness as an illinois high school. >> coming up, why a certain candy is being blamed for sending a dozen students to the hospital. an a modern twist to a classic.
