5:05. looking into deaths at the milwaukee county jail, the county board of supervisors is talking about outside investigations for the inmates dying while in custody. this is coming after the death of three inmates and a baby. right now, two lawsuits against the county for two of the deaths. >> state lawers are calling for sheriff clarke to step doufr after the jail deaths. they have released a statement accusing the sheriff of not properly supervisoring the department. >> wisn 12 news time now is 5:05. right now, racine police are investigating a crash that killed a pastor. how are the people that knew him reacting this morning?

wind has increased in the past hour and the windchills are dropping down to 17 degrees below zero here in milwaukee. there are some other locations colder than that. generally the 12-25 below for the windchill. the actual temperatures have dipped below zero. 4 below from waukesha through watertown and beaver dam, madison and sun prairie. that i now to the snow and entering the forecast. the clouds are thickening up tonight. a little batch of the snow slipping across southeast wisconsin and dropping a dusting to half inch of snow by tomorrow morning. friday afternoon and the evening the snow is developing across the area. lighter snow near the state line and farther to the south with this run of the computer model.
