"we were notified because you showed up at our door and let us know that, you know, they were going to be opening the flood gate at four in the morning. my mother and i, right now, are, you know, staying inside of a little camper here. it's up on cinderblocks, so, you know, we're not exactly in a safe place. we don't feel as if we're prepared at this point."
