this is a look at highway 321 near the lexington industrial park....where two vehicles collided just after 3 this morning. 21-year-old derious sutton is charged with felony dui involving death. the highway patrol says sutton was traveling south in the northbound lane when the head-on collision happened. he is scheduled to be in bond court at 3 pm. the name of the person killed has not been released. we're working to learn more about a crash that killed a pedestrian in it happened just after 7:30 last night on highway 45. the highway patrol says the driver of a car hit a person walking in the road. the pedestrian died at the scene. the driver of the car was not hurt. one person is dead and two others seriously injured after a crane collapsed in new york city. it happened around 8:30 in the city's tribeca neighborhood. video from the scene shows the crane upside down and on top of several cars. several nearby buildings were more than 100 firefighters and are at the scene.
