richland county deputies responded to a shots fired call on brookmont lane -- just after noon. deputies say a man was shot several times in the lower body. 35-year-old antoine irick has been charged with attempted murder. investigators say irick was out on bond for a weapons violation at the time of the shooting. patrol is looking for the driver that hit a pedestrian in aiken county. according to police a teen was hit by a car on skyland farm road. we're told the victim of the hit and run is 13 years old. south carolina highway patrol is handling the investigation. two sumter parents have been arrested after their newborn was found with several broken bones icia anderson and adam little have been charged with unlawful conduct toward a child. sumter police say the 9- week-old was brought to the hospital this week with a broken femur. doctors also found several other fractures. we're told the infant is expected to make a full recovery.
