law enforcement, is back in police custody tonight. richland county deputies say 17 year old tony gilmore was taken to palmetto health richland late last night by columbia police, after being the victim of a robbery. deputies were dispatched after learning gilmore was wanted for 2 counts of attempted murder. after being discharged from the hospital, gilmore reportedly ran away from deputies while handcuffed.

gilmore was caught around 2 o'clock this afternoon on monticello road -- still in handcuffs. deputies say gilmore is wanted in connection with a shooting two weeks ago where two other teenagers were hurt. it happened at a party on foxhunt road in northeast columbia. investigators say, a man out on bond for a weapons violation is back in jail, for a shooting. 35-year-oldldntoine irick has been charged with attempted murder. richland county deputies say irick shot a man several times in the lower body. it happened yesterday afternoon on brookmont lane . the victim is expected to be o-k. voters in new hampshire will head to the polls o o tuesday. will whitson is there. he'll be providing live coverage starting tomorrow. then it's on to south carolina. the republican primary is saturday, february 20th. the democratic primary is the following saturday, february 27th. still ahead -- on the news at 11. the constant upkeep of a

"it made me feel very good. cause i've been wanting it to happen." not far from corine johnson's back door --- are images of heartbreak. "the overgrowth had been there for years." overgrown by the earth..

belonging to veterans of the first and second world wars -- now lying in disarray. the graves used to sit beside olive branch baptist church --- before it burned down and was relocated decades ago. "it made me feel bad...for the ones that were buried out there a lot of their relatives had left." time and time again.. the woods have overtaken this hallowed ground. but periodically, kindness comes through to clean it up. "we all pulled together to get what's done already." most recently last memorial day... volunteers from across south carolina stepped up. "i think they need respect." clearing the lot of trees and debris.... -- and tending to the graves. "this is not just a church thing...it's a community thing." but the question now for olive branch baptist -- which still owns the property, is how to keep this burial ground regularly maintained? the town of batesburg- leesville has asked the

march -- or risk of daily fines. church members say their concern is not having the money and resources -- to keep the care going. "we're grateful for everyone that pitches in and helps us because we definitely need help."
