feeling well. they end up bringing a backboard as well to bring him to the hospital. >> the guy in this video is skiing near haley idaho. but as you can see he's not holding it he's a ski flier. you have a set of skis and you're on top of the mountain but you also have a wing up above so you can fly which is a good thing. >> that's a steep looking hill. >> absolutely steep looking and scary because seconds before he takes off, watch the snow. >> oh! >> lift, lift, go, go. >> you can see an avalanche forming and it's not just one avalanche. it's a double avalanche. there's two avalanches that have formed on this mountain. you see one right there but turns around and you can see it over there on that side of the mountain. these two merge but notice at the bottom of the hill there's a ririr and there's some homes just beyond.

is what all skiers should have on them in the event of an avalanche? >> yes. >> here's the thing, three years ago last month he was in an avalanche but he didn't have the wing and he was unlucky enough to be on the ground when that happens. this time he sees it from above. you see how close it is getting to that river? it blocked that river for sometime but didn't effect any of the homes which is a good thing because the avalanche center said that it's probably because of weak snow but they believe that he triggered this. >> did you see that? >> i'm so scared right now. >> i have the most compelling we've ever seen.
