breaking news is first at noon-- the lexington county coroner has identified the man deputies believe was shot and killed by a midlands restaurant owner on valentine's day night. he's 28-year-old arturo santos. his body was found outside a vehicle at a park and ride on corley mill road last week. investigators say he had been shot multiple times. the coroner says the mexican consulate and a family member living in the area helped identify him. lexington business owner greg leon is charged with santos' death. according to warrants, he called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers he shot his wife's lover. a rally is taking place in lexington at this hour...where people are calling for the county's top prosecutor to step down. solicitor donnie myers is facing dui charges. and in the eyes of one family who lost their daughter in a d-u-i crash --- he's now unfit to continue serving. our mike desumma is live at the lexington county courthouse where emma longstreet's parents are holding a prayer vigil.
