2:10 am
i miss billy crystal so much or somebody who made it happy. i know they had to address the subject and he did it in a fair hief fair-minded way. >> i thought he was funny. he talked about how there weren't any black actors but he talked by why are there separate categories for women and men. >> i'm here at the academy awards otherwise known as the white people's choice awards. you realize if they nominated job. so all would be watching neil patrick harris right now.
2:11 am
year, you need to have black categories categories. you're already dealing with men and women, think about it there's no real reason for there to be a man and woman category in acting. there's no reason. it's not vacuum sealed. you don't have to separate them. he never said i better slow this acting down so she can catch up. >> even the concept of having black categories, have asian categories too. it's got to be the best performances. people vote personally on what they thought was the best performance. >> i think the argument too is give more opportunities so there can be more performances so you can choose. >> it's been changed in the 50
2:12 am
it may take longer than some people want, but ultimately i want the person to win. >> i think everyone would agree with that i don't think so. >> you do? >> yeah. i feel like they were saying a lot of people don't have many opportunities to act in films because it doesn't fit this particular character so they don't have as many opportunities and when you don't have as many chances you don't is a chance to win. >> i've seen so much change and all for the better. >> okay. let's move on to oscar fashion. it was big. these are some of the dresses. i saw a lot of bright colors. so you love this one right here. >> i thought she was talk about a breath of fresh air. she looked beautiful. she looked just age appropriate, she's young and fresh and

2:14 am
much like she was going out for the warrior. i don't know what she was thinking. >> yeah. >> maybe she had a lot of fun at her promise in the '60s and she was walking down memory lane. >> she's going to do that thing she does. >> both beautiful woman. >> jimmy kimle, he had this long ruining feud. so last night ben afflack was invited and he had a surprise for jimmy. >> please welcome ben. what is going on here? what's happening here? what is going on here? >> it's moving. >> no, it's not. >> what is going on here?
2:15 am

2:21 am
moments. some people were confused when at the oscars a girl named stacy dash from "clueless" came out on stage. >> stacy dash is a personality, if you will. but she's a commentator on fox news but also an actress but famously said infamously a month ago came out and said black history month didn't really need to be in existence nor b.e.t. because she thought that created segregation. chris rock brought her out to say she's the new ambassador of outreach for diversity. she came out and said i can't wait to help everyone. >> did it fall flat? >> it's odd because she's a polarizing figure. what she's speaks of -- >> okay.
2:22 am
>> i think people didn't understand. >> it was a joke but he was making a joke and it did fall flat. >> leonardo dicaprio. he finally got his oscar and who was gazing at aim. >> kate winslet. she just gazed at him. i was gazing at him too. he won finally. he was honored for an oscar. it's been a 20 year wait noirm. he got up and i think everyone -- there was a stand ovation. it was just like, everyone sort of loves him. but kate winslet was very a.org -- adoringly looking at him. that's her husband. the attention is always on leo. >> what did people think about
2:23 am
>> i thought he was great. it's a bummer because sly was sort of overlooked years ago for "rocky" so overlooked again. >> so was steven spielberg and tom thanks for that same movie. >> that's true. it was that title, "bride of spies." seems like a rickety bridge. >> razzies. >> opposite side of things, razzies are the ones to honor the worse. they were held on saturday night. so "50 shades of grey" won. it wasn't their year. >> the weekend did get -- and so did eddie he won a razzie. >> he said he was excited. it's only 8:00 in the morning and i already won an award. >> it's a bad, bad movie. >> jennifer garner was in "vanity fair." >> she gave a revealing interview in "vanity fair" and showed up at the oscars looking hot which is the best revenge. soups hot. so she basically said all the reports said that ben allegedly had an affair with a nanny. she said we separated months before she heard those rumblings. she said he's still the love of her life. they had three kids the evening you can't go through that without loving each other.
2:25 am
she said -- she was very honest but said he's complicated. when the sun shines on you it's warm and wonderful. when the sun goes way it's very cold and it can be really hard when he doesn't shine on you. he cast as large shadow. that either sounds like bad or good. what kind of shah dore we talking about. >> you're right. >> totally. >> here's the good news. we're exhaustive. we have 20 minutes straight. look what we have here. >> do you feel sexually exploited at this moment? >> a little bit. >> we're exhausted. >> thank you, sir. god bless you. clearly. this is enough. >> stick around. we'll play some try va. >> what's your name, by the way? >> daniel.

2:35 am
bright blue. so you see jennifer's brown hair and blue grabbed the contrast together. brie being her first oscar plus she won something timeless and classic that was something i would love to see. >> she's very young. this seems like an older dress to me. >> that's true. i think she did great with this. it's what it would have looked like. now cate blanchett. she can pull dresses out and it doesn't look like a disney dress. however, i thought with jennifer's new hair color what if she had done something more colorful. she always wears black, red, navy. so let's take a look. jennifer in a little bit of color. susu an interesting kind of softer look and cate does no wrong. she can wear pretty much anything. it's unbelievable. >> interesting. now kate winslet.
2:36 am
she's one of my favorite people in hollywood. she chose a fashion forward fabric. it was a custom dress. the only thing i wanted to see it was a heavy color and really kind of blocking. so i wanted to see her in a different ralph lauren dress. this was on his collection. it was on the runway. something that was interesting about this -- >> more slimming. >> it elongates her frame. >> when you wear strapless it can cut you. you're seeing this length. here with this asymmetrical shoulder and diagonal die as you're looking at an eye line like this. the drape on the dress goes out and this hip brings in. this was something that lightened her up overall and i thought in general i just thing she's so stunning it's cool she pulled something new off. she's been to so many of these
2:37 am
>> i like that. >> next sofia vergar. >> she often wears a dress that looks similar to the one she wore before. >> it's her signature look. she knows how to pull it off. is more more, or is less more? >> she has such statement earrings on. >> i liked the original. i thought well it lets the structure of the dress stand out but she's so -- this is marcasa. they are known for ornate construction or embellishment. >> beauty is another big trend that pops up on the carpet. red eyes. this red eye shadow, coppery pink. people are doing it in kind of -- >> it's not a good look for me. >> it can make your eyes look
2:38 am

anti-virals within the first 48 hours. they lessen the severity, duration and complications. >> something like tamiflu. >> and two others are available. >> let's talk allergies. people say i have allergies when you think flu. >> allergy season, sadly -- we always associate allergy season with spring. they are seasonal. but they can start in february. a few factors that will also, you know, increase or earlier the on set of the allergy season has to do with the winter we've had. we had a mild winter. plants are pollinating early. >> the birds are going crazy. >> it's been wetter. more mold. pollen is the highest amount. dry windy. sometimes when there's a lot of rain washing the pollen away it
2:45 am
>> take your topicals. >> your over-the-counter. basically that's the last allergy treatment. allergy shots too. couple of things. can you prevent it? if you're allergic to something can you cure yourself of the allergy? not necessarily. one thing, know what your triggers are. if you know that running outside in the morning, exercise inside. close your windows. close your screens. use air conditioning. check your pollen counts. get that with the weather report. outside doing yard work, take a shower. wash your hair. in terms of treatment -- so, yeah. the first line is definitely over-the-counter. use antihistamine and immunotherapy.
