theres now a price tag for a recount of the presidential election in wisconsin: three-point-five million dollars. and the jill stein campaign has until today to pay it. as for how the recount would be conducted, thats bit more complicated. right now, the state elections commission is letting each county decide whether to do it by hand or by machine. the stein campaign has asked a dane county judge to order that all ballots be recounted by hand. planning to do mostly by machine but will recount the receipts from touch-screen machines be hand. she says it would take longer if everything was by hand... sometimes, individual counts are off and instead of counting that set of ballots and matching it with the number of voters in the poll book, youre counting it two or three times instead and that does kind of hold us up. the milwaukee county clerk says

jeopardize making the december 12 deadline. the dane county clerk says theyll do it by hand regardless since the stein campaign is worried about the possibility the machines were hacked. all of the county clerks we talked to though...say such a hack is extremely unlikely since the machines arent connected to the internet. if all goes as planned, the wisconsin election commission timeline is for the recount to begin this thursday at 9 am. the first wisconsin recount observer training will be conducted this evening at 6:30. happening today... a nationwide movement, fighting for a raise in the minimum wage. workers across the country-- including here in milwaukee-- are seeking a 15- dollar-an-hour wage. nicole joins us in studio with more. right now, in milwaukee county - the minimum wage will be gradually increased to $15 dollars an hour in 2022. at six this morning-- workers will rally at the mcdonald's at ninth and north.

city hall. there's also a protest planning for this evening at five o'clock. community leaders and elected officials are planning to protest at the mcdonald's on miller park way. hundreds of uber drivers are also planning to join today's movement. the group 'fight for 15' says uber drivers in several cities will idle their cars and march with other industry workers. and part of that fight for 15 - hundreds of workers at chicago's o'hare international airport will strike today. they wai thanksgiving holiday to strike... that's because they want the public's support and said they didn't want to interfere with anyone's holiday plans. milwaukee police -- investigating two separate armed robberies that at the valhalla cemetery near 91-st and silver spring. the most recent happened on sunday in broad daylight. police say two suspects armed with a stun gun, approached a man in the cemetery. sources say the victim was placing a wreath on a loved ones tombstone. police

ohio state university. this after an attack on campus monday. today we're learning more about the suspect. nicole is in the newsroom with the latest. the entire ohio state university campus was put on lockdown yesterday when a student drove a car into a crowd and attacked people with a knife. it's just not the students who go to school here that count. it's anybody who ever touched this place.....who will think and be

attack. the suspect has been identified as 18 year-old abdul razak ali artan.he is a student of somali descent. investigators are looking at a facebook page they believe is his. they say the page has complaints about attacks on muslims... posted shortly before the rampage. meanwhile -- here in southeastern wisconsin -- students at waukesha's carroll university have concerns about their peers in columbus. carroll's director of public sympathy -- there could be lessons to learn from this situation. carroll university's emergency planning team will discuss yesterday's attack during its next weekly meeting. carroll university is expanding its emergency notification system to include alerting the campus community via desktop computer. a woman accused of being involved in not one, not two, but three crashes. what a witness says happened before she hit his truck. we could find out who else will join president elect donald trump's administration. the cabinet
