it will be up to each muncipality to determine if they choose to do a hand-recount. weve already heard dane county... will still go ahead and proceed with a hand recount... even though it will not be manditory. reporting live in madison, bl, fox6 news. mary thanks bret so now what? political reporter theo keith joins us. theo -- you were in the courthouse earlier -- what comes next? there of course is the possibility of an appeal. we asked but the stein campaign isn't saying if that's in the cards. commission says staff will hold a teleconference at 10 a-m. they're calling it a "webinar" where they will get as many of the 72 county clerks on the line as possible, and we'll be there. no doubt the clerks will have questions about what the judge's ruling tonight means for them. there were about 20 clerks who wanted to use voting machines to recount at least some of their ballots. that includes milwaukee county, where the clerk cast doubt

her family wants justice after the driver that hit her...is on the run. a late night walk in her new neighborhood, would be peggy cetnarowki's last. family members say the mother of three was struck by a hit and run driver at the intersection of beloit and mitchell last wednesday. police say she was in the crosswalk. "there was another motorist that came along saw the individual and came back around to check on calls" according to a caring bridge web post, cetnarowski suffered a broken arm, cracked and broken ribs, a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. tuesday, the family updating the website, with hearbreaking news saying-quote- "we sadly announce that our sister, daughter, mother, and friend, peggy is brain dead and has passed away. her body is still supported as we explore organ donation. " "anytime you have a hit and run where someone has left the scene it becomes heart wrenching"

working this case vigorously and were looking at all possible leads from the outside working our way in" her family and friends now looking forward saying they hope to quote "allow her to give one last time and turn this tragedy into a possibility to save a life" police tell me the family has offered up a 25-hundred dollar reward for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect. anyone with information should call the west milwaukee police department. brittany shannon, ted thanks brittany milwaukee police investigating a shooting on the north side. the victim -- ended up outside vincent high school. police tell us the 19-year-old victim was shot in the arm a short distance away. he drove to the school to the school to pick someone up. police say this might have stemmed from a minor car accident . no one else was injured. no arrests have been made.

found shot and killed last week... 76-year-old william krueger and 71- year-old karen krueger both suffered gunshot wounds at their home on hickory trail. investigators say it appears this incident is related to health issues -- and is not a case of domestic violence -- adding they're not looking for any suspects. police wouldn't elaborate on the specific details of the case. across the country - demonstrators walk off the job today. it's all part of the "fight for locally -- we had three gatherings in the milwaukee area. this is one in west milwaukee. it ended in arrests. this evening -- protesters and community leaders gathered outside the mcdonalds on miller park way -- to demand a 15-dollar minimum wage. we spoke to one woman who was arrested for blocking traffic. she says people are hurting -- and it's time for a change. it was emotional to me. i just felt like a lot of people wanted their point to get

there that were passionate about what we were doing. it was just a lot of emotion. it was real." right now -- we've learned at least ten people were arrested. we've reached out to police for an official count. an update to a story we told you last night. a cemetery being targeted by criminals -- is adding some extra security. officials with the valhalla cemetery on milwaukee's northwest side tell us -- security cameras and a guard will soon be put this follows two recent armed carjackings at the cemetery near 91st and silver spring. police are still investigating whether the incidents are connected. at last check -- no suspects were in custody. new at ten. it was the neighborly thing to do. that's what workers at a brady street restaurant are saying after helping put out a porch fire at nearby home. ashley sears with the incredible video and the reluctant heroes.

at the casablanca restaurant on brady street, was supposed to be special-- 16:05 we were putting up our christmas tree on top of the staircase decorations were up--the tree was glowing-- but it was the light outside of the window that caught everyone's attention. 15:01 out of nowhere, it just happened. fire shot up from the porch of a nearby home-- the result of a grilling mishap. 08:35 it was a big flame. 16:25 without really thinking, just grabbed a bunch of fire extinguishers and everybody just ran outside. nofal... 19:00 we went out this way.... along with another employee--ran to help. 19:08 we saw the fire and just jumped in. they used extinguishers from the restaurant-- to help put out the flames. 16:39 you dont really think, you just act. they say the neighbor's grill got out of control after a can of kerosene fell over. it ingited some plants on the porch-- cell phone video shows the final moments. within minutes they had it under control. 09:44 the neighborhood for us, is like family.
