the election recount continues in wisconsin this morning. what we can expect from day two. slowly exiting our area today with high pressure moving to our south. that will mean a slow drying today with a few breaks in the clouds late. temperatures will get into the mid to upper 30s today and stay in that range through sunday. a new low arrives sunday with rain and snow likely. we could see up to an inch of accumulation. we warm into the low 40s monday and tuesday. today: mostly cloudy and cooler. early am drizzle then drying. high: 38 wind: nw 5-10 mph tonight: mostly cloudy. low: 28

traffic map = major delays yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays election officials in milwaukee county hope to make up lost time in the recount today... the first ballots from the city of milwaukee werent counted for more than three hours thursday. deandra corinthios is live from the election commission warehouse in milwaukee county, a petition by the green party to test every voting machine slowed the process. once on track-- almost no problems with ballots were found. in the city of milwaukee, workers recounted 30-thousand ballots and found one or two errors. in the suburbs, the election commission tossed out eight ballots after finding errors. that means the most the margin could have changed so far is eight. far from the 22,177 that president-elect donald trump won by. this all came after all

machines were tested. a jill stein supporter objected to the election commissioners decision to only publicly test two of the voting machines being used in the recount commissioners came back and decided to test them all. one of them was broken and had to be fixed. "theres nothing like a 100 percent quality check. if youre in a factory and theres a problem, sometimes you have to check everything " the recount starts back up again at 8 am. the deadline to finish is dec 12....and work every day except sunday leading up to that date live in milw dc fox6 news it's smooth sailing in dodge county where paid volunteers are hand recounting... on day one, 18 out of 42 municipalities were completed. there were three absentee ballots that were not in proper envelopes. those will not be included in

mother of three year old aiden archer. scott and her then boyfriend, 28-year old maurice snyder faced multiple charges for aidens death. the boy died in june last year after significant trauma to his head and body. when police were called to this house, officials say needles were found inside. the child-abuse awareness group 'guardians of the children' has been following aidens story and says they were surprised by these developments. kp 'we knew that they were on heroin. but we were still surprised.' kp 'we want justice for aiden - and im not sure thats the type of justice were talking about. to be behind bars.' scott had just posted bond and was released from jail last week. snyder, is expected to be sentenced in january. a teenager-- accused facing multiple felony charges after a deadly wreck last month-- is due in court today. police say 18-year-old "samira coleman-wilks" was going 83 in a 30-

her car eventually collided with a nissan before striking a light pole near 27th and capitol. shawn oliver died at the scene -- while another passenger had life-threatening injuries. the 3 people in the nissan also were hurt. police say coleman-wilks never had a valid drivers license of any sort. her preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1-30 this afternoon. also in court today... the teacher who plead guilty to having sex with a 16-year-old boy will learn her fate. 31-year-old elizabeth dill-ett plead guilty to having sex with her former student school in milwaukee back in april. prosecutors say dillett was once the boy's track and volleyball coach. the teen came back to the school to volunteer as an assistant coach with the girls volleyball team. her sentencing is scheduled for 8-30 this morning. anthony weiner-- being forced to pay thousands of dollars in fines. how officials say he spent his campaign funds. president-elect donald trump's cabinet is taking shape. the latest on who he's selected to join his team. the badgers take on penn state for the big ten title this weekend. how they're getting ready for

the defense department has been trying to recoup about 20-million dollars in re-enlistment bonuses paid out to the soldiers who served in iraq and afghanistan. only soldiers who knew they were ineligible will have to repay-- and, the burden of tracking down those soldiers falls to the government. the deal is part of a larger defense bill due to be voted on in the next few days. a packers super fan is sharing his final wish with the world. the washington state resident is in hospice care -- and hopes to meet the teamw gold take on the seahawks on the eleventh. 30-year-old joshua mccall was diagnosed with cerebral palsy after birth. he says he fell in love with the packers when he was just 10 years old -- watching reggie white not just on the field, but helping out the community. mccall's mother says it's an attitude the two men share. cloudy with some drizzle this morning but drying up this afternoon. right now with highs in the mid to upper 30s. when we could see some more snow next. talk about the catch of the day.... a fisherman in north carolina caught a cat fish that's 112 pounds! and he has proof-- check it out. he says he was fishing with a small and he has proof-- check it out. he small rod when he could feel he hooked something big. once he say the fish, he wasn't even sure if he was going to be able to pull it out of the water. it took 30 minutes to reel the fish in. the catfish is only 5 pounds away from the state record. he says after a few pictures, he released back in the river. a photo of an unexpected guest on a kayak ride is going viral. a man and his wife were kayaking in california, when he says a
