about two hours ago, judge james petersen said no. he will not stop the recount, not yet. the groups can ask for an injunction next week and the judge will take arguments, but for now the count is on. earlier today pro trump groups filed suit to stop the recount immediately, an emergency effort that was denied. today three documents were filed in federal court by a group stop hillary pac.. one did for a temporary restraining order to stop the recount until bigger issues are decided. the bigger issues: the lawsuit says the recount is unconstitutional. the recount has been going on since thursday after green party candidate jill stein paid 3 point five million dollars to force the recount of wisconsin's three million presidential votes. president elect donald trump won that election by 22-thousand votes in wisconsin. president-elect trump and

today he plead guilty to one felony count of invasion of privacy. his attorney argued he's already suffered considerably as a result of his actions. but the judge says he needs assurance this will never happen again. the quality of medical care being given to inmates at the milwaukee county jail.. and the house of correction in franklin. fox six's julie collins tells us the recent deaths of four inmates have prompted the investigation. in just 6 months -three inmates and a stillborn baby...died inside the milwaukee county jail -- all under diff however one of them was ruled a homicide. this prompted milwaukee county supervisor supreme moore omokunde on thursday to call for sheriff david clarke's resignation... saying the sheriff "abdicated his responsibility to hold his officers accountable." in response -- the sheriff released a statement comparing the supervisor's name to a comic book character -- and saying the supervisor is upset that clarke helped donald trump get elected potus. investigators haven't said whether the actions or inaction of jail and

but an audit of armor medical services is underway to see if the contract requirements are being met. armor, a miami-based company, has contracted with the county since 2013 to provide medical care at the milwaukee county jail and the house of correction. also this afternoon, we received a copy of an email.. sent ?to the milwaukee county executive from county medical examiner brian peterson back in october. in it, peterson claims sheriff clarke quote-- verbally pummeled him-- end quote ... about the information his office released related to the we asked sheriff clarke for his response to the audit.. we were told to refer to his statement from yesterday. the county's safety subcommittee has scheduled a meeting on december 15th.. asking the sheriff and the department to answer questions about these recent
