renewing a call for dakota access oil pipeline opponents to leave a camp in southern north dakota. he says there's no reason for people in the camp to put their lives at risk. and he says emergency shelters on the nearby reservation are all full. pipeline opponents have vowed to maintain the camp through the winter. they believe the pipeline threatens the tribe's drinking water, and cultural sites. a busy night for milwaukee first responders... as they were called out to cross is helping those who were displaced. deandra corinthios explains why this is the busiest time of the year for them....and how the organization is handling the extra calls. oakland fire officials say they've finished searching 90 percent of the warehouse where dozens died in a fire during a dance party. the deputy fire chief says that by midnight tonight-- the remaining 10 percent of the building will be searched. firefighters have started knocking down parts of the building that were structurally unsound. they say the debris will fall on areas that have already been searched for bodies. "we're going to continue the in continue the process until absolutely every piece of debris is removed from this building and every area has been searched." meantime - recovery efforts at the site of the fire are taking an emotional toll on firefighters. the chaplain for the oakland fire department reveals that for many firefighters this is the first time they are working an incident with so many casualties. "it's overwhelming, i think for a lot of our guys we never --

a louisiana man is back in custody-- charged in connection to the death of a former n-f-l player. 28-year-old joe mcknight was shot and killed during a road rage incident last week. the suspect-- ronald gasser-- was initially taken into custody for questioning-- then let go without charges. after public backlash-- authorities announced today that gasser would face manslaughter charges. they say they waited to charge gasser so they could find and interview more witnesses. have criticized the men and women of this organization and the strategy, decisions, that we made relative to that, tough. i don't care. butted with "we've done the right thing for the right reasons" officials say-- about ten years ago-- gasser was involved in another road rage incident at the very same intersection.
