also tried to rob the nearby "real chili." the cashier at "real chili" refused to hand over any money and the suspect left. if you recognize this person, you are asked to contact police. the racine man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that killed two people waived his preliminary hearing this morning. 25-year-old levi ruohonen faces several felony charges in the case.he was allegedly drunk when he got behind the wheel. prosecutors say he rear-ended kevin dalley's vehicle in caledonia. dalley and his 9-year-old his 6-year-old daughter was also injured in the crash. wauwatosa police officers receiving threatening messages.... this after monday's announcement that there would be no charges against an officer who fatally shot another man. fox6's myra sanchick has the story. the documents from the milwaukee police investigation are 180 pages. they describe the day of june 23d shortly after three am when officer joseph mensah, a black officer

was on routine patrol. documents say mensah went to check madison park after closing. that check would be anything but routine. this squad video released monday shows officer mensah firing his gun six times. we've stopped the video before impact. five bullets would hit jay anderson. in an interview with milwaukee police homicide detectives who would be called to investigate page 35 mensah said he approached the nissan in the park. "he observed he anderson was breathnig fast as if nervous or was faking being asleep"he tapped the window, driver woke up and closed his eyes and leaned back in the seat again. ...mensah said "wake up. gotta talk to you"mensah "observed a black and silver semi automatic handgun...on the front seat. mensah told investigators he told anderson, i see the gun. don't reach for it. however mensah says anderson reached for it. officer mensah

to a church fire overnight the blaze took out part of the roof. our deandra corinthios has more from milwaukee police district three. investigators are s fire at all saints fellowship christian church... fire officials tell us they think the fire started somewhere inside. firefighters were called to the church at 12th and brown around 1 a-m it was a one alarm fire. they spent a lot of their time on the roof of the structure..hosing it down. no one was injured. officials estimate about 100 thousand dollars worth of damage to the building according to the church's facebook page..they have bible study scheduled

seat and that's when officer mensah fired, killing anderson. a gun with jay anderson's dna was found at the scene. in the wake of four deaths within six months inside the milwaukee county jail... county leaders are launching an investigation into the medical services provided to inmates. the board of supervisors chairman has called for an audit of the contract the county has with a private company called "armor" -- which provides medical services at the jail and the house of corrections. the chairman is also questioning how milwaukee county sheri has been running the facility. theres the management of the facility. how does that interact with medical professionals and medical care in ensuring other people have adequate access to those professionals. last week... supervisor supreme moore omokunde called for clarke to resign. clarke said in response... he's upset "i got donald j trump elected potus." lipscomb says it's not his place to tell the sheriff what to do... but he
