area. right now police cant say what the juvenile did or say to make him leave; but they are looking for a white male in his late 20s to early 30s with a brown beard that reaches his chest. he was also wearing a baseball hat. one resident tells us this incident is out of the ordinary for the neighborhood. starting a wildfire that killed 14 people and destroyed or damaged 17-hundred buildings. the pair face aggravated arson charges for the fire in the eastern part of the state. according to authorities, the juveniles are from tennessee, but not the county hardest hit by the fire. officials said state law prevents releasing more information about them. the investigation is ongoing and more charges coul moved to adult court. services will not be interrupted. that is the message from the pastor of a milwaukee church after a fire broke out overnight. the fire happened at all saints fellowship christian church at 12th and brown. just before one a-m, fire crews responded to the church. they worked to knock down the flames near the top of the building, between the ceiling and the roof. the damage estimate as of right now sits between 50, and 75-thousand

ruohonen faces several felony charges in the case.prosecutors say he was drunk when he rear-ended kevin dalley's vehicle in caledonia. dalley and his 9-year-old daughter were both killed. dalley's 6-year-old daughter was also injured in the crash. milwaukee county supervisors meet with experts today to discuss the future for juvenile criminal offenders. much of the discussion today was about how the county can help at- risk young people. county leaders are working on new options after reports of inappropriate treatmen lincoln hills facility, and overcrowding at milwaukee's juvenile justice center. "we don't want to just build another facility, we cannot keep doing the same thing over and over and failing our children miserably, we need to do something different." county supervisors heard comments from county health officials and members of the community. the wisconsin recount is more than 70 percent finished -- and hillary clinton has cut into

struck a massive blow to the american naval fleet anchored at pearl harbor. more than 24-hundred americans lost their lives in the attack. dianne gallagher has the details about today's anniversary. president franklin d. roosevelt: december 7, 1941, a date which will live in infamy. 75 years after the japanese imperial navy's surprise attack on pearl harbor, adm. harry b. harris, jr. / comm would be the last moments of peace for almost four years. roughly 4000 people are back paying respects, adm. harry b. harris, jr. / commander, u.s. pacific command: in less than two hours, there were over 2,400 killed, more than 1,200 wounded and the majority of the u.s. pacific fleet taken out of action. with a small group of survivors from that infamous day gathering in hawai'i to mark the anniversary. and though some have spent a life time trying to forget, b.c. wilborn / pearl harbor survivor: you try to get it out of your mind and it don't go. remembering the 2,403 americans

in the giving spirit to throw a little change into those red kettles. there's one man who took his dedication to the salvation army donations a little further. "merry christmas!" greg bock, hasn't left his spot on a street in northern michigan since saturday. his massive kettle, is actually where he's made his temporary home! he's calling it his "ten-k red kettle stay." bock plans to stay inside the kettle until the salvation army raises ten only then will he go back home to his wife and three kids. "people who i don't even know brought me space heaters; people i didn't know brought me a sandwich for lunch, a cup of hot chocolate. people who i haven't even seen in cheboygan before are bringing money to the red kettle." at last check-- greg had raised nearly 4- thousand dollars of his ten-thousand dollar goal.

gone for nine years, and now... sot - "i have her back." sally butters can even even show you the original missing dog poster from 2007 when she was frantic to find gigi. gigi went missing august 8th 2007. the toy poodle got out when burglars broke into sally's house and stole her computer. sot - ben: "if this dog could talk." sot - "this is the original poster and i did post it all around this area." but gigi never turned-up. at lest not until last week, when someone found away from home. sot - "get a pet chipped" a micro-chip implant identified gigi... and led her back to the waiting arms of sally. sot - "i'm shocked. because, you always hope you'll get your dog back. but you know, nine year and 13 years old, she's still alive. what a christmas present." gigi was somewhat worse for wear. she had a lot of burs and matted fur...

where they join pastor odell johnson, in their shock. ... kinda devastated by what has transpired. what has transpired, according to milwaukee fire department, involves an overnight fire, in all saints fellowship christian church. just before one a-m, fire personnel responded -- focusing their efforts on an area toward the top of the structure, between the ceiling, and the roof. from what i'm understanding, they think it was faulty wiring, in the egress area. no injuries are reported as a result of the fire. and, while te 75-thousand dollars, and comes just a couple of weeks before christmas ... my faith is still strong. if god could move in such a way to allow for the birth of our savior, in the means in which he did, he can, certainly, get us through this. the pastor preaches on ... so, the lesson, outta this, right now -- what are you gonna be talking about, at services, on sunday -- this sunday? - that god is good.

person for threatening violence against police officers. it's connected to at least one of five incidents of threats of violence against police officers since monday -- when it was announced there will be no charges in the police shooting death of jay anderson. the arrest was made tuesday night -- police say they are recommending charges of unlawful use of a telephone. followed and then propositioned for sex-- thats what a 13-year-old from cudahy told police happened while she was walking home. with neighbors who say an incident like this is out of the ordinary for the area. angelica? neighbors say this is really a calm side of town. like any parent once they heard what the 13-year-old reported they immediately thought of the youngsters in their family.
