victims were in their mid to late 30s. when they discovered the victims...they also found two kids in the room. they were unharmed. milwaukee police say they responded to the home near appleton and florist after neighbors reported hearing gunshots and screams. when officers arrived they found a man and a woman in bed, they had been shot multiple times. po room. one is a teenager the other is 11 years old. they are not suspects. police tell us this is not a murder suicide investigation. reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. and more breaking news this morning. a man is dead after a shooting and crash. officials say the victim was

of signs and power pole before rolling to a stop at a home near 36th and thurston. people who heard the crash.. tried to help the man . emergency crews attempted c-p-r but the man died. afterward they found a gunshot wound on his back. the man was from out of town. police continue to investigate. the latest now on the recount here in wisconsin. more than 400 missing ballots turn up in greenfield. so far -- the greenfield city clerk doesn't want to say much about it. angelica joins us now with more. county election commission will have to decide whether to accept the clerk's explanation. here's what happened. greenfields ballot totals weren't matching up with election night numbers. so the clerk called back to her office and told workers to look for misplaced ballots. they found 412 of them in the office. the head of the election commission wasnt happy, and wants the clerk to put a plan in place for the future. the election commission will decide whether to accept the ballots today.

in fact, at least 70 percent of the votes statewide have been recounted. president-elect trump still holds a 22-thousand vote lead. now to a fox 6 exclusive. the community-- coming together to remember 7-year-old trevion winningham. investigators say the boy was badly bruised and malnourished when he died at the hospital last week. etter hughes and mary martinez were watching the boy and his 9-year old brother... and they are now facing child neglect charges. in child neglect and sentenced to 18 months in prison after one year old bryan alston died in her care. that childs grandmother, april alston, says winningham's death could have been prevented... had hughes been behind bars longer. aa 'he was just thrown around like a beanbag.' aa 'our court system period is failing miserably across the board in my opinion.' hughes is due back in court next week.

investigation of the jail. this is in addition to the current audit of medical care at the jail. earlier this week - the county board chairman told fox6 he wants a third party to look into jail operations as a whole... after three infants and a newborn died in the jail wihtin a six- month-span. board supervisors and the county executive said yesterday they fear the deaths could be indicative of a bigger issue. fox6 asked a spokeswoman for milwaukee county sheriff david clarke if he would cooperate with this request. she said the "sheriff doesnt run of correction does." in the day ahead... bmo harris-- announcing plans for a new office tower to replace its parking structure. the formal announcement will be later today-- but our partners at the milwaukee business journal released these renderings last night. the bank tower would face water street across from city hall. new parking structures would be built to the east facing north broadway. coming up - congress trying to prevent companies from buying up event
