traffic map = major delays yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays this morning --- milwaukee police are investigating a double homicide police say the victims are a man and a woman. deandra corinthios is live near appleton and florist with the latest milwaukee police tell us this was a shooting. neighbors called them when they heart gunshots...and screaming. milwaukee police officers responded to a home at appleton and florist around 1:30 a- they found a man and a woman in bed, shot to death. police say the

multiple times. police also found two kids in the room. a teenager...and an 11 year old were hiding in the bedroom. police tell us they were not harmed...and are not considered suspects. police also say this is not a murder suicide investigation. police tell us the victims were both in their 30s. they have not released their names. reporting live in milwaukee dc fox6 news. after a shooting ends in a crash. milwaukee police say the victim hit a couple of signs and power pole before slamming into a house near 36th and thurston. this happened around 9-30 last night. people in the area who heard the crash...came out to try and help the man. but the victim died on the scene. police say the man was shot but there is no word where the shooting took place. the victim was from out of town. police are investigating. also new - police are searching for a suspect involved in an

76th and good hope. it happened around 8:30 last night. police say the suspect is believed to be an african-american man... roughly 5-feet-3 inches tall. he was wearing a green vampire mask, grey sweatshirt, grey pants, and gloves. police say the suspect showed a gun during the robbery... and stole money from the restaurant safe. no one was injured. two middle school students in burlington are accused of making a kill list. according to a criminal complaint, 15-year-old jasminne 14-year- old darryl roeschen were talking on facebook. piechocki was naming people she wanted killed.her mother read the conversation and told school officials. the complaint states the students admitted to having the conversation, with piechocki saying she has a dark mind. roeschen told administrators he thought it was a joke and he never intended to kill anyone.the teens are being charged as adults and are currently being held in the racine county juvenile detention

is in custody after being accused of threatening the police department. investigators say it's just one of five threats of violence made since monday. that's when it was announced that no charges will be filed against the officer who shot and killed jay anderson. wauwatosa police say they're keeping all their officers in the loop while the investigation continues. "we understand this is a dangerous profession, our officers remain vigilant when we're both on duty and off duty and we are keeping them apprised of the information we're receiving." will review the threat arrest in the coming days. now to a fox six exclusive --- the community comes together to remember 7-year-old trevion winningham. investigators say the boy was badly bruised and malnourished when he died at the hospital last week. etter hughes and mary martinez were watching the boy and his 9-year old brother... and they are now facing child neglect charges.

to 18 months in prison after one year old bryan alston died in her care. that childs grandmother, april alston, says winningham's death could have been prevented... had hughes been behind bars longer. aa 'he was just thrown around like a beanbag.' aa 'our court system period is failing miserably across the board in my opinion.' hughes is due back in court next week. a new twist in the recount here in wisconsin. more than 400 misn greenfield. so far -- the greenfield city clerk doesn't want to say much about it. angelica joins us now with more. this morning, the milwaukee county election commission will have to decide whether to accept the clerk's explanation. here's what happened. greenfields ballot totals weren't matching up with election night numbers. so the clerk called back to her office and told workers to look for misplaced ballots. they found 412 of them in the office. the head of the election commission wasnt happy, and wants the clerk to put a plan in place for the future.

a manhunt is underway in georgia for a suspect considered to be armed and dangerous --- after he shot at police officers --- killing one. investigators say it happened near georgia southwestern university yesterday morning. police say the two officers responded to a domestic dispute when 32-year-old minguel lembrick shot them. injuries... and a university officer is in critical condition. a 30-thousand dollar reward is now being offered for the arrest of lembrick. and police in south carolina are searching for a suspect wanted for stabbing an officer at a walmart. columbia police tweeted out this picture of the suspect. he ran after stabbing the female officer who was responding to a shoplifting call. authorities say the officer is in stable condition. columbia police are also looking for an escaped inmate. they say

serving a life sentence for armed robbery and assault and battery with intent to kill. pakistan opens an investigation into a deadly plane crash. the plane was traveling from the scenic mountain resort to islamabad when it went down yesterday morning bursting into flames. pakistan international airlines has confirmed that all 42 passengers and five crew members were killed in the crash. south korea's president maybe imp introduce a motion yesterday that has to be voted on within 72 hours. the move sets up a likely vote tomorrow on whether to suspend her powers. the motion needs two-thirds approval to pass. if impeached, the country's constitutional court has 180 days to decide if the president should be unseated or not. south korea's president is accused of allowing a longtime friend to manipulate government affairs and extort businesses. last week -- the president offered to resign if the

years in prison -- and will be on probation once she is out. prosecutors say she sexually assaulted a 16-year-old student she had in her english class. hundreds of incriminating text messages were found on her phone. "what parents don't expect is that when they are sending their children to school, that their children are essentially going to be victimized." domres must register with the wi and undergo sex offender treatment. she can no longer teach - and cannot have unsupervised contact with underage males. new berlin school officials fired domres after finishing their own investigation. developing this morning --- more milwaukee county leaders are calling for an external investigation of the jail. angelica is here with details. this investigation request is on top of the current audit of medical care at the jail. yesterday --- the county board chairman told fox6 he wants a third party to look into jail operations as a whole... after
