we start 11 with breaking news -- with what could be the area's first cold milwaukee county medical examiner's office tweeting it is investigating the death of a 55-year- old man. he was found near 23rd and keefe. we're told he collapsed while shoveling and later died at the hospital. ever since the snow started falling over the weekend - crews have been working non stop to clean up the snow. and because more than four inches fell in milwaukee...special parking rules are in effect. to avoid getting ticketed and towed...you need to know which side of the street you can park on. deandra corinthios has more

challenging at times. the eastbound lanes of i-894 near 60th street reopened this morning after an overnight crash caused them to be shut down. the greenfield fire department tweeted that it involved a plow truck and a vehicle...and that one person was taken to the hospital. no word on that person's condition -- or what caused the crash. all lanes reopened around five this morning. and a reminder to all drivers to use caution on the roads-- this is a s-u-v that ran into an electrical box and some trees near sunday evening. some tow truck drivers say they were working for more than 24 hours since the snow started on saturday. "we havent had any real bad crashes. there have been a lot of vehicles in the ditch, people backing off their driveways :12 believe it or not, a lot of jumpstarts." waukesha county authorities say there was one crash that resulted in an injury. and 38 reports of cars sliding into

now underway for morgan geyser in waukesha county. geyser and anissa weier are accused of stabbing a classmate when they were 12...to please the fictional character slenderman. the girls are now fifteen. their lawyers maintain the children had mental health concerns and were not represented when they were questioned by police. they are asking that confessions and statements made at the time of the crime in may 2014 be thrown out. also in court today -- the two women charged in connection to the death of a 7-year-old. etter hughes and mary martinez wee his 9-year old brother earlier this month. investigators say the boy was badly bruised and malnourished when he died at the hospital now the two woman facing child neglect and abuse charges. today is the deadline for the wisconsin election recount. green party presidential nominee jill stein lead the effort for the recount. nearly all of the states 72 counties are finished with the recount. wisconsin faces a federal deadline tomorrow to report results for the electoral college. state

of those mistakes can be downright dangerous. this is where your recycling ends up ... when you leave your cart at the curb in milwaukee. the mount rainier of recyclables ... a pile so high ... it only makes sense that some stowaways ... are hiding inside. some of them harmful. propane tanks, those are never ever recyclable in your recycling cart, they can cause serious injury to our employees as well as the equipment. milwaukee's materials recovery even been damaged by lawnmower blades. though the mrf's most common offenders ... are what staff call "tanglers' anything that can get wrapped around the equipment, that includes things like garden hoses and extension cords and bungee cords. from this massive pile of paper and plastics ... materials are loaded onto conveyer belts. nat pop, beep
