'hypothermia is a life threatening situation and it occurs when body tempertures drop too low causing shivirning drowsiness and confusion.' 'the cold wind chills will cause frost bite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.' city officials say the most vulnerable are children, the elderly d on average there can be between 200 and 250 people living on the streets in milwaukee. a weather warning from the wisconsin department of transportation. very cold temperatures and heavy snow could make for dangerous driving conditions this weekend. angelica has details on how you can keep your family safe. the d-o-t says with the low temperatures and high winds...there is a high potential for black ice -- which can be mistaken for wet pavement. here's what you need to look out for the most. any pavement that looks dark...wet...or like new

cold out here today. its go dangerous day for anyone who has to be outside. . shelters across the area are making sure people have a warm place to go the homeless outreach group "feeding his flock" opened an emergency warming shelter in west allis last night. they welcomed people into the basement of the chapel at 81st and lapham. the group also went out looking for those in need and brought them back to the church. 58:41 any given day, we take about 600 calls. as it gets colder like this the call volume will go up.

yahoo now says that more than one billion accounts may have been affected in a security breach. the attack dates back to 20-13 and is thought to be separate from a massive cyber security incident announced in september. yahoo now believes an "unauthorized third party" stole user data from more than one billion accounts in august of 20-13. that data may have included names, email addresses and passwords, but not financial information. the company will notify users who may be affected and has begun requiring users to change the security incident, likely one of the largest cybersecurity breaches ever, comes less than three months after yahoo admitted data from at least 500 million accounts had been stolen. congress is wrestling with u-s intelligence agencies to learn more about the role russia hackers may have played in the campaigns. and we have some of the first indications about how voters feel since last month's stunning presidential election. fox news correspondent doug luzader has the story from
