>> and weighing in. president george w bush sits down with bob woodruff. what he thinks on the war on terror now. good evening. we begin with children's health. childhood obesity gets the lion's share of the headlines. tonight, we take a look in the opposite direction. starting with a fitness guru with six pack abs. his name is c.j. senter, and his body is amazing. is there a thing as too much.

>> reporter: who other than justin bieber gets this kind of welcome? he is a pint sized celebrity training. just 10 years olds, c.j. has motivated the 4r50 kids in elementary school to get on his feet. this is how he trained them. >> now up jump, and then repeat. >> it's hard. >> it is. >> c.j. senter is the workout kid whose videos plan to help get them in shape like him. that is an eight pack. there are few adults who want him to have an six pack. he puts me to shame. how many do we have to do? >> when you get tired. >> i'm tired now.

c.j. parties said his self-discipline extends to his diet. do you eat candy? >> i do, but not a lot. >> a little, not a lot. what about junk food? >> no, i like eating fruits and vegetables. >> he is not the only kid fix yated on getting lean and mean. why there is a worry about obesity in kids there is a worry about kids training like olympic athletes. >> i have seen it doubles injuries to young kids ages 8 or 9 with overusage. >> doctor gotlin says a lot of it is hours of practice in sports. but maybe because all of their heroes now look like c.j. >> i do it once a day. >> once a day? the whole video? dha is amazing. >> the last few weeks, i lost
