speed cameras zones on a regular basis know when to slow down, but now montgomery county has another way to catch you speeding. >> brad bell has what some call a double crack down. >> fixed location speed cameras have been in the county long enough that most people know where they are and how to defeat them. >> they slam the brakes and zoom off. >> is easy to prove the phenomenon at virtually any speed camera trap. >> i put the radar gun 38 miles per hour, slowing down to 30. >> and as cars leave they accelerate. that minivan is 43. with fines paid and the decrease the chief of police announced a new strategy to defeat that practice, using more mobile speed cameras. >> when we have a fixed pool camera where everybody slows

down, we will put the mobile camera a quarter mile down the road. when they decide to speed back up they may in fact get caught. >> it is not an entirely popular idea. the chief claims the program is about safety, not revenue but most wonder about that. >> i wish the ticket was not so high. >> since they know the new mobile cameras will be lurking a new strategy. >> have to be more careful. >> in response to criticism the police chief said they will try to expand those safety zones. the dulles rail project is in jeopardy based on a bill passed by the virginia general assembly banning the use of state money for projects -- they have already offered contracts a bonus for using labor -- union

labor. there are urging the airport authority to reconsider that decision. >> jon baker made an appeal this last week to maryland lawmakers to allow for a casino to be built in his county. he testified before the senate committee, backing a plan to build the facility with slots and table games at the national harbor. currently, a casino is prohibited from being built in prince george's county. there is a profanity band at d.c. council meetings. the council passed the measure without debate tuesday. kwame brown pushed for the resolution after a shouting match between councilmembers marion barry and another council member that contained indecent language. if a member breaks the rules brown has the authority to warn or remove the member from the meeting. >> 7 on your side with a warning for all women. that is a new groundbreaking study about our number-one killer heart attacks.

researchers found symptoms are different in women and are more likely to die than men. jennifer donelan reports on the life-saving details. >> this woman was just 43, and she felt a tingling in her arm. it went away in under two minutes. she still wanted the hospital. >> i don't have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. and the tinkling came back three more times. she was at home every time from the hospital. then it started again. >> this time i was having severe pain in my chest. i said i am not leaving. they started treating me like i was having mental problems. >> she was not losing her mind, it was a warning that something was wrong with her heart. a doctor finally agreed to take her to the catheter labs, or they put the camera and an artery in her groin to her heart. >> there was later urgency.

the doctor said, thank god you listen to your body and not to us, because this would have killed you. i had a 90% blockage. >> a study of heart attack patients said that women are less likely to have chest pains, 90% of the age of 45. women are less likely to get immediate treatment and more likely to die. women systems can't -- symptoms can be a typical including shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, heavy sweating and knowledge. >> at a group of symptoms come on suddenly or are more severe than before. >> ultimately they will die if they did not follow what. >> other a typical signs women should look for, upper body pain like back pain and shoulder pain. the woman said she did not take no for an answer because her father had a quadruple bypass just four months before she felt a tingling in her arm. good thing she listened to her body. >> still to come, a ground

"act of valor" uses actual navy personnel to tell a story. it is compelling, three stars. and tyler perry plays a rich guy who gains insight into how the other half struggles and "good deeds."
