monday, of well below average this time of year. this is what it looks like with the heavier thunderstorms across eastern georgia, into south carolina, north carolina, moving to the east. it will have no impact on the immediate metro. clouds hang around overnight the temperatures fall into the 30's, 40 in the district. this system arrives early monday morning. that will give a shot of much colder air. the future-cast, the next 48 hours, the clouds, southern maryland st. mary's, charles calvert counties may have showers in the morning. showers during the day but only 20% chance of anything. the bigger story is the conversational snow flurries on monday. enough cold air in place to allow the development of the snow flurries, but no accumulation expected. the temperatures well above
