something no one has done alone. good monday morning, i'm john muller. rob and paula are off this morning. we're going begin with president obama's stern warning to north korea overnight. telling the country it will face the wrath of the world if it doesn't curb the nuclear plans. tahman bradley is live in washington with details. good morning. >> reporter: good morning, john. before the start of the summit, mr. obama had blunt remarks for the leaders of north korea and iran. in south korea for a summit starting today, president obama urged the communist neighbor to the north to change its way. north korea set to launch a rocket next month it says is a satellite for peaceful purposes. mr. obama spoke to the regime's laiders. >> there will be no rewards for provocation. those days are over.

today we say, have the courage to pursue peace and give a better life to the people of north korea. >> reporter: as the summit kicks off, tensions between the north and south remain high. south korea and other countries warned they might shoot down the rocket if it violates the south's territory. while the north says it would declare criticism of the project a deck a ration of war. the u.s. may withhold food aid. >> you can continue down the road you're on. we know where that leads. it leads to more of the same. more broken dreams, more isolation. >> reporter: president obama is meeting with russia's leaders with the aim of reducing both countries' stock pils of nuclear war heads. >> we have more nuclear weapons than we need.

>> reporter: the president also used the start of the summit to pressure iran saying the country must meet obligations not to pursue nuclear weapons. also in washington today, the supreme court begins three days of arguments on the couldn't constitutionality of the health care overhaul. people have been lined up for weeks to get tickets to get into that session. a great weekend for rick santorum. he scored a blowout win in the indiana primary. it earned him just ten delegates. the primary calendar is headed to the northeast. he's not expected to do as well there. it's one month since a young man was killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer. the man who shot martin is not speaking publicly about the incident, but his attorney and

friend spoke to david muir. >> reporter: across the nation the rallies in support of trayvon martin, the unarmed teen shot and killed by the head of the neighborhood watch. anger growing because the man with the gun, george zimmerman, hasn't been charged. i sat down with zimmerman's lawyer. how does he react? >> i think he's surprised at the way things have taken off. it's become a national issue. that issue calling him a racist. that's not who george zimmerman is. >> you're going to argue this was a case of self-defense. >> the evidence will show that. yeah. >> are you going to use the stand your ground defense? >> i believe that will be applicable in this case. >> reporter: the stand your ground defense. someone who feels threatened has no duty to retreat. when we heard that call to the police, and the dispatch eer
