cloudy and dry. the low-level clouds are going to hang around for a few more hours. 83 degrees was the high at reagan national airport. it warmed up very nicely. and the clouds rolled in. rain and a few claps of thunder. our temperatures cooled to 67 degrees right now. the winds have changed direction. instead of the south, they are out of the east at 12 miles per hour. that will keep low-level clouds around the area for a few more hours. 61 degrees out in western maryland nearly an inch of rain. 63 degrees in the district. 64 in alexandria. temperatures outside in the 60's. 64 gaithersburg. annapolis at 66. color to the south and north of us. a 54 the overnight hours. not much of a drop in
