in 12 hours from now. what tone will the president take? rita epstein was asked earlier. >> we expect him to talk -- reed epstien was asked earler. >> we expect him to talk about what he said earlier. bits and pieces, they fight for field position but inaguration speeches speak to people generations later who will hear them -- this is what obama is about. it will be a big speech about process moving forward. those themes moving forward about how the arc of history bends toward progress. >> during his original speech

from 2009, many of the quotes we know aren't from his inaguration speech and his acceptance speech at the convention. do we expect some big lines to take on a bigger theme? >> the bigger theme is of the campaign -- forward talking about progress and not the specifics of progress but -- broader ideas of a more just society. people working together to accomplish big things and pushing the arc of the country. >> let's talk about the first 100 days with the honeymoon effect. do you expect he'll have one and what will he try to get through? >> any idea of a honeymoon is

gone with the nature of washington. he doesn't ahve democratic majoritiets but he will push on gun control, the immigration push will start and he'll make a push to have major immigration reform and pass the citizenship -- with the documents and there are big fiscal fights coming up with the debt ceiling and running the government that will occupy his time. >> if you were a betting man what would he have success with/ >> immigration is the biggest one and republicans may support that. everything he talked about, i don't think in a year he'd pass it all.

in. 39 degrees and winds out of the north. we made it into the lower 60's. and now a cold front. the first of two cold fronts moves around the region. cmapamp springs at 40 degrees. and the lower to middle 30's. and as we move later into the afternoon, the wind will kick up and the temparature will fallerature will fall. in fredericksburg they made it up to 65. the cold air is north and west and look at the temperature change. anywhere between 20 to 25

degrees cooler. a good indication of what is on the way tomorrow as we move in on tuesday wednesday and thursday, high temperatures struggle to make it above freezing. look at the temperatures, well below zero wind chill factors making it feel 25 to 40 below in minnesota. high pressure builds overhead. this is our futurecast taking us through the novernight overnight hours. temperatures will be at 45 degrees and that shoudld be the high and temperatures will fall. we may see soem flurries. should not amount to much at all
