the u.s. and syrian governments are blaming each other for the failure in talks to end the civil war there. the second round of talks collapsed yesterday in geneva, switzerland. now someone else is attacking the u.s. administration for its policy on syria. kevin joined us earlier to talk about that. >> senator john mccain reiterated criticism against the administration and said that the administration has not gone far enough in diplomatic relations with regards to syria. that we havehing seen come from senator mccain for a while, to criticize the obama administration over his foreign-policy. the obama for administration -- he is not calling for the obama administration to get troops into syria, he is saying the policy has failed. >> and is raising questions of syria. regime in he is reiterating these claims. a few months ago, if you think

in record was 75 degrees 1954. the district after a high of 36 degrees. rockville now looking at 27 degrees and our final stop takes us to vienna. colder temperatures out to the west with some light snow. most of the snow has moved east. thatu are looking for really cold air, it is there. 24 degrees in chicago. below zero in upper michigan. the wind trying to make its way to the north. it will take a couple of more days. by tuesday, you will start to notice a difference. wednesday and thursday, temperatures well above average. this is what we have. the system brought us some light snow. did not amount to a whole lot for us in the d.c. metro.
