this in the southern cour rridor. >> the hazy image seems to show a large object 73 feet by 20 feet in the search field taken about 75 miles south of where another satellite captured these objects, which are now the targets of a massive pursuit. the problem in both cases, a lag time of several days from when the pictures were taken and released. >> what objects were there are likely to have moved. a significant distance as a result of the current and wind. it is also possible they have drifted to the bottom of the ocean. >> which may explain why the intense search set off by the first photo ended in a third day a failure. the search fleet of planes and ships will press on even with a typhoon nearby. >> back in scatter wreckage pretty fast.

warning signs. while in the navy come he was cited eight times for misconduct. he complained of hearing voices. he believed he was being controlled by ultralow frequency attacks. all, he held onto a secret government clearance that a wild him -- that allowed him to walk into the navy yard. it federal investigation found the military was simply not doing enough to keep track of its own people. reviews identify troubling gaps in dod's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to instances where somebody looking for us -- working for us, a government employee, member of the military, or contractor decides to inflict harm on this institution and its people. >> they ordered several changes to help prevent future inside attacks. he said there will be better continuous monitoring of people with clearance. there will be a signal authority with response ability to improve security.

elevations, garrett county looking at temperatures in the 30's. 52 manassas, 48 fredericksburg, high in the lower 70's today. a cold front cools the region. behind it, the colder air tomorrow. lowerd of highs in the 70's, the highs only in the middle to upper 40's, even colder yet for the day on monday. the coastal storm right now looks like it will be far enough off the coast to not have much of an impact across our area. we cannot rule out a chance of a little winter mix on the outer edge of the storm. the us is tuesday. keep in mind, the strong march sun angle will keep things pretty much in check. the satellite radar, a brief theh of clearing, temperatures in the morning only in the 30's, lower 40's. that little blip moving through to the south is the small disturbance. it may bring showers in southern

monday because of snow. with some school districts canceling class a many times for the weather, administrators are having to extend the school year by several days, in some cases more than a week. kevin lewis looks at the impact. a wide-out on st. patrick's day at richard montgomery high school in rockville. >> it creates challenges. we were hoping this would miss us. we did not get our wish is fulfilled. >> the problem is widespread. have adoredschools six snow days, prince george's county eight, or linking public schools nine, montgomery county 10, fairfax county 11, and fauquier county topped the charts with 17 canceled class days. >> safety has to come first. that is taken into account. >> by law, schools in the district must conduct class 178

hunger games," just not as good. >> 100 years after the war, they created a system. it divided society into five factions. >> "divergent" showcases a young woman who does not fit into any of the categories society demands she choose. as in "the hunger games," they aim to control the population, and her individuality angers the powers in charge. they are led by kate winslet. of the faction, removing the threat of anybody exercising their independence. it feels like "the hunger games" without the zest. fans of the book may be satisfied, but the rest of us may as well wait until the next "hunger games" chapter. a couple and a half stars, pg-13.
