streets. some believe there has been a rush to judgment, a feeling that many knew exactly what happened, all without the benefit of a thorough investigation. >> people are so angry because they're tired. put your foot on somebody's neck so long and two things will happen, one is the person will submit and die. or that person is going to get up and knock your foot off. miles away, in salt lake city, utah, another deadly police shooting claiming the life of a young man. it happened nearly two weeks ago. few outside of salt lake know about it. no widespread or test because the investigation continues. how does that happen in this day of social networking immediacy? >> there is so much happening across the same time across this country, it is hard to be in multiple places in multiple

uglier across the country. a new report from the government accountability office found food stamp fraud is spreading online, and beneficiaries selling or trading food stamps online for cash and housing. the gao says states recovered more than $70 million in fraudulent payments last year. is onlyators suspect it a fraction of the fraud tied with selling food stamps. there is more this investigation on the washington times website. there is a push to make sure that drivers are ready when the lanes open inss virginia. a new video shows where the hov express lanes begin. it also explains how and when drivers can use the lanes. span 29lanes will miles, from garrison road in stafford county, just north of the beltway.

>> a u.s. supreme court ruling puts same-sex marriages on hold in virginia, hours before they would have become legal. chief justice john roberts issued a stay on the ruling. a final decision by the supreme court is expected sometime next june. virginia would have become the first southern state to allow same-sex marriages.

to dry overnight. the bigger picture shows we have dry air to the north and east. high-pressure to the south kind of removes the unsettled nasty weather we have had socked in. it will be replaced with the dry weather and more comfortable. with the dry atmosphere it will feel better as well. hasical depression 4 developed in the caribbean, churning near the turks and caicos. the bahamas and cuba, and it's kind of disorganized. the national hurricane center sees some circulation, so we are watching it come together. a lot of factors come into play, but if it holds together, it could become tropical storm crystal ball by tomorrow, possibly slowly meandering north northwest. it could eventually become a hurricane off the coast line of
