here talking to his client through a tent window, says he plans to file a federal lawsuit if she's not released soon. >> the medical people that we have talked to will be recommending that there's no reason medically to keep her quarantined. >> reporter: according to doctors without borders, 0 health care workers are scheduled to return to the states from west africa in the next four weeks. with florida, illinois, new jersey, and new york enforcing mandatory quarantine orders, will the workers get the same treatment hickox is enduring in the tent. >> over the last several months, i reflect back on concerns and fears that i have had, it's interesting that i'm much more anxious about returning to the united states than i ever was about treating patients with ebola here. >> reporter: when asked about the situation here in new jersey, the governor of new york said it's his understanding that hickox will again be tested for ebola. if those results cop back

treatment and underage drinking in january. a violation of ncaa recruiting rules. tom roder blew the scandal wide open. >> these 14 recruits and 20 cadet escorts were handed $40 apiece, put on a bus and sent to the palisades mall. everybody ordered a bunch of beer with the money from the football team. >> reporter: west point blew the whistle on themselves. they self-reported. >> this is not like any college you would see in the ncaa. this is a military academy. these cadets are members of the military. they're on the payroll. every single one of these athletes is paid. they also agree to live under the uniform code of military justice. urnds age drinking is a crime in the military. >> reporter: the controversy doesn't end there. the gazette claims to have

obtained a west point internal report, a portion of which they shared with us. including a separate incident in which a lieutenant colonel asked female athletes to be dinner dates with recruits. we want recruits to see there are pretty girls that go here. west point's superintendent issued a statement saying at no time did west point arrange a dinner date with female cadets. according to west point, two officers and coaches have been reprimanded. as for the players, they're expected to be eligible to lpla this weekend. >> some story. >> sure is. what a game last night with the world series. >> we turn to the world series. the giants are now one win away from winning it all after beating the royals last night. but the most talked about moment from the game happened before the first pitch.
