are being asked to rise up and kill intelligence officers. police officers. soldiers and civilians. officials say they're pointing to this video posted over the weekend. essentially a remix of an isis threat issued last september. but still of concern across the country -- >> the target is to just go out and kill law enforcement and other officials. >> the concern is heightened by new evidence of the role of al qaeda and isis in the deadly attacks in paris last week. including this so-called video hosted online from the gunman who killed five people at the supermarket. with a black jihadist flag swearing allegiance to isis and saying the attacks were syncized and offers thanks in order to

more than one million marched in paris and three million across france. 40 world leaders here but no senior american leading to criticism of president obama in the u.s. press. sorry, charlie, the new york post blairs while the daily news you let the world down. one more detail from here. reports that the gunman at this market may have been wearing a go-pro camera and up loaded that video before the final shootout in which he was killed. >> white house taking heat for not being there. president obama not there and no top cabinet officials. front pages having a field day. how is the president's team explaining this. >> this looks like a missed opportunity for the president to show a powerful symbolic display of unity with the world against terrorism. the officials are telling me is if the president had gone to the

march it would have required security that would have distracted from the march and interfered with the march and would not have been productive. worth noting you had more than 40 foreign leaders there and a lot of security. each one of those foreign leaders requires security. there was a companion march just a few blocks from the white house. no senior officials took part either. the white house is pointing out those, george that the president did go on thursday to the french embassy and expressed solidarity with the french in help and getting to the bottom of this. >> in paris yesterday. when i spoke to him yesterday he left the door open for retaliation so they can pin down who is responsible for this. >> he was over there working with john kerry, the secretary of state will be in paris working with the french on that. >> john thanks very much. and we turn to the golden globes one of hollywood's biggest nights and a early hint

we're back now at 7:41 with the terrifying scene at a sky resort caught on tape. a boy holding on for life. good morning. >> take a look at the video. it's incredible. another young boy also had a similar accident this weekend on a sky lift. both boys survived. but a safety alertmany sky skiers. you can see the boy dangling from the ski lift. the boy flails his legs. onesky still attached. adrian shot the video from his cell phone. >> they couldn't pull him

because they would be rocking the lift. >> and then the moment where the boy plummeting hitting the snow below. incredibly expected to be okay. >> he fell from 20 feet and injured his leg. that has to be a miracle. >> no word of what caused it. the resort is not comments. it's not the first slip this season. on the very same day a 5-year-old boy riding on a beginner chair lift by himself plummeted 30 feet. the boy is reportedly in serious condition after he fell because the rail on his chair was not secure. and last month a similar incident in new york. and justlater, 10-year-old tyler russell fell 20 feet from a lift in oregon. >> then i said my foot is getting tired i'm going to put my foot behind my snowboard and then i was board too much. >> a 44-year-old brooklyn mother was killed at an upstate new

york resort. skiers need to make sure they are securely locked in the lift. >> you don't want to rigle around. you want to get on and sit still. >> thesky industry says chair lifts are safe and secure noting that deaths are rare 15 over the last four decades. this morning as more and more families hit tpes, just double-check you're securely locked in. so a ski lift scare won't happen to you. that really appears to be the big issues here. the owner says the restraint bar was up. no malfunction with the ski lift. so good to hear both boys are recovering. one of them was wearing a helmet. >> good news. i make my kids go with the helmets and always put that bar down to the very last second when you have to get off. thank you. we appreciate that. we have new warnings about the flu from the cdc. >> and back to robin in texas with jimmy kimmel.
