for us, it will be more of a rain event. i am watching loosely these very light showers moving through ohio and eastern kentucky and tennessee because they may greet us by tomorrow money. the bulk of the precipitation will hold off until tomorrow evening. it will bring in some warmer air to the south. that is the start of wintry mix and then transition to rain tomorrow. then a rainy start to the work week on monday. clouds continuing to increase in the overnight hours. working up to more that mostly cloudy -- tomorrow to mostly cloudy conditions. i want to emphasize that the majority of your sunday will be dry. it is the lady evening hours that we start to track the potential for wintry weather. precipitation begins north and west.

purple and blue, there may be snow, sleet and freezing rain. any roads that are untreated bridges, overpasses, etc., may be a little on the slick site. notice -- slick side. notice the sea of green overhead sunday into monday. a rainy start to the monday morning commute. and then the cold front slides through. temperatures will be the warmest on monday in the 40's and fall into the 30's lay through the afternoon. there may even be a few snow flurries as the system men's. winter advisories for counties north of d.c. including frederick and washington counties in maryland, berkeley and morgan counties in west virginia. travel may be a low bit slick.
