with gunshots at a pennsylvania mall. the teenage suspect is in custody thanks to instagram. >> three gunshot victims. >> aipac shopping mall turns shooting range. >> shots rang out. >> gunfire broke out inside the macy's store at 7:30 saturday night, shoppers scrambling for cover. >> i grabbed my children my husband said go, go, go. there was another little boy, he is like i can't find my mommy. we grabbed him too. >> as the police around the building, the gun man escaped but not for long. the authorities caught up with him overnight and arrested him. the 17-year-old appeared before the judge sunday, facing several charges, including attempted homicide. they found him by using

instagram. he took a picture hours before the shooting wearing the same outfit seen on store surveillance cameras. >> it was done through video surveillance. >> detectives say the surveillance footage shows him with a group of teenagers. he approaches a 20-year-old man come exchanges words, then draws his gun. as he opens fire, a husband and wife are walking between the accused shooter and his target, they are young son steps behind. all three victims are expected to survive. the police are not commenting about a possible motive for the shooting. a plan to increase their presence at the mall. friday and saturday night, teenagers will be required to have adult escorts. >> one of two teenage boys wooded at a shooting outside a frederick high school is out of the hospital tonight. wednesday night's shooting appeared to be gang related. the police have not made any

arrests. frederick high and west frederick high school reopened friday. investigators are looking for a potential witness to way fire at a walmart in chantilly. firefighters say it was said on purpose wednesday night. an employee quickly got the fire, the store was evacuated, and nobody was hurt. the damage was estimated at $1000. trouble off the field for indianapolis colts linebacker jackson. he was arrested last week for allegedly punching a pizza delivery driver andin a dispute over a parking spot. the driver said why he feared for his life. >> everywhere, my neck, my hand cracked my neck like this for step he said i'm going to kill you because i told you don't care. >> jackson played for the university of maryland before being drafted by cleveland.

take place at 7 p.m. on news channel 8. sign up to be in the audience. tuesday, the montgomery county is expected to vote on whether to change the start and end times for high school students. right now they begin at 7:25 and end at 2:20. the school board is considering several options for just think the start and end times. wednesday,, sports analyst greg anthony is expected back in court. he is accused of using the internet to arrange an encounter with a prostitute in northwest washington. he may be required to perform community service. a virginia homeowner is suing the town of vienna after a water main break fluttered her basement, causing $30,000 of damage.
