june 8 trial date for jesse matthew. he faces attempted rape and murder charges for attacking a woman back in 2005. that trial was supposed to start last month. earlier, matthew was also indicted on first-degree murder charges in the disappearance of hannah graham. a trial date is set for the son of marion barry. he found out that his assault trial will take place on the 30th. he threw a tantrum at a pnc bank in chinatown when a teller refused to cash a check. the teller said that barry did not have the funds to cover it. >> give them what everyone deserves which is presumed

they will talk about the execution style murders of three muslims in chapel hill. on friday, former virginia first lady marie mcdonald is scheduled to be sentenced. she was convicted along with her husband bob mcdonald on multiple corruption convictions. they promoted official acts to promote a business in exchange for $165,000 in gifts trips and loans. another health push today. this one at the national institutes of health. a group gathered for more funding in the fight against childhood cancer. the cost of a single bag of potato chips became a rallying cry. >> they sang and shed tears in the shadows of nih.

>> i hate it for the ski resorts, but i hear that people are canceling because it will be too cold. >> we have a winter storm warning in effect. lots to break down. this is a storm system that will bring one of the biggest snowstorms we have seen this winter. snow lovers, i think this is our time. the snow moving it by 4:00 tomorrow. the national weather service has issued a winter storm warning starting at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow and going through noon on tuesday.

this is where we will see the highest accumulation greater than five inches. temperatures so cold. nine degrees at ellis. -- dulles. it feels like 12 below in gaithersburg. that is why a lot of the schools are already beginning to cancel. we do have a windchill warning in effect for the northwestern section of the area. in northwest d.c. it will feel between 0-5 degrees. tomorrow afternoon the clouds are increasing and the snow is moving in. tuesday at 2:00 a.m., look at all of this heavy snow across the area. we start to see some improving conditions. the roads will be very slick. i would expect some cancellations come tuesday morning.

the sweet spot will be further towards the south. southern maryland fredericksburg, 6-8. 4-6 in the d.c. metro region. i think the highest impacts are going to be really slick road conditions and some measurable snow. that will be tapering off by midmorning. another arctic front moves through on wednesday. >> you have reason to think that it will stick. a warning for moms that cannot get a good night's sleep. the consequences of missing out on that rest.
