anybody. >> telling abc news his client not tammy meyers may have been the target that night. >> the facts seem to point to self-defense in this situation. it seems to explain the facts that we have in front of us more sensibly than any other explanation. >> nowsch's attorney suspect he has a different story than the one the meyers family has been family. police say it all started when he felt threatened by tammy meyers and her daughter near this parking lot. thot into a friends audi and followed the car for several blocks. the audi pulled in front of the driver's car and the drive threatening tammy meyers. when she went home and picked up her son armed with a gun and went out to find the audi. when the meyers found the car, nowsch believing he saw a weapon opened fire.
