show-mance or real romance as hidden cameras catch an i love you offstage with robert and kym. both couples fly all night. and we do say good morning, america. we want to get right to the breaking news on the copilot who deliberately crashed the plane into the alps killing emp on board. >> his flight hours before the crash may have been a practice flight for the deadly mission to come. david kerley starts us off. >> reporter: was it a practice run or did the copilot lose his nerve. on the previous flight from dusseldorf to barcelona, the copilot was told to lower the

plane. he spun the dial from 37,000 feet to 100 feet. he left it there for three seconds. spun it back up to 35,000. he's told to lower the plane again by controllers. back to 100 feet and leaves it there for awhile changes the dial a bit. levels it out at 25,000 and the captain comes back into the cockpit and the flight continues. think about those passengers. could they have been the victim of the copilot on the flight from dusseldorf to barcelona. >> assume it was a practice run. what might he have been trying to learn? >> reporter: if you dial it all the way down to 100 feet would the plane start beeping? would a signal go out? that could have been a practice run. he could have lost his nerve. we don't know the answer. >> boy, sit a scary theory. thank you, david. now to the latest on the terror take in texas. isis has claimed responsibility and this morning, we're learning

about an american recruiter for the brutal terror group who may have hemd incite the attack. brian ross is here with that story. >> reporter: good morning, robin. our investigation found a mysterious isis recruiter, an american fugitive from minneapolis, who goes by the name of miski may have played a crucial role. he posted this picture of himself with a snake. he's been wanted by the fbi for the last six years. now he's emerged as one of the most significant figures in the effort by isis to use social media to recruit. >> he's been pushing for violence for many months. for as long as we have been following him, he's been asking for individuals to commit violence. >> reporter: authorities say his real name is mohamed hassan. messages obtained by abc news between miski and the texas ring leader elton simpson, show

miski pointing to the texas cartoon contest and calling for an attack. it's time for brothers in the u.s. to do their part he wrote. two days later, miski writes to simpson, one individual is able to put a whole nation on to its knees. >> very very effective. i call him a recruiter. a propagandist. an inciter. >> reporter: the day before the attack this picture posted with a snake and his message was, may allah protect us from the snakes of the hereafter. simpson tweeted back amen bro. amen. officials say the fbi has been monitoring simpson and his social media messaging with miski and others. simpson was not under 24-hour surveillance and at the time deemed to be no real threat. >> thank you, brian. to the severe weather slamming the south. tornadoes, flash floods. rob marciano tracking it all. >> good morning, george.

ore top stories. big news about drones. >> that's right. word of a major shift by the faa. we could be one step closer to receiving deliveries by drone. after much resistance the faa is announcing a plan to study drone flights. those flights are currently banned. amazon and google are hoping the faa reverses the ban to clear the way for automated drones to deliver the packages. a new york man has pled guilty to a federal charge of aiming a laser pointer at three jets over laguardia. he could face two years in prison. a police officer in idaho is the latest to be gunned down in the line of duty. sergeant greg moore was shot in the head in a routine traffic stop. the suspect, an ex-con then stole the gun and the police car. hi death is just two days after a new york city police officer was killed in a shooting.

republicans had geared up with the right message and i thought that there was going the be the normal free for all with all the money going to the predicted candidates. it just wasn't the right time for me. >> you mentioned organization. last time around you won iowa. shined in the debates. the rap on you was you couldn't raise money and you couldn't build a national organization. have you fixed that? >> i think we have. we have a talented team of people trung campaign. we have people who have real experience behind them and -- in presidential campaigns. national campaigns. i think more than anything i go into this not as the unknown focher from arkansas that people had never heard of. that had to do something on the stage at the debate just to get attention. i was getting two minutes to the 15 minutes that mccain romney and giuliani were getting back in the early days of the campaign. now people i think, have a different perspective.

legislature. the most lopsided in all of america. and so i walked into that environment, but i was able to get things done because i learned how to govern in a difficult environment. >> thank you, governor huckabee. >> thank you, george. major fallout from the big fight. manny pacquiao and his team hit with a lawsuit by boxing fans who say he hid a serious injury. they're seeking millions in damages. >> reporter: this morning, some poxing fans looking to throw a knockout punch at manny pacquiao. filing this more than $5 million class action lawsuit claiming he and his representatives cheated the public by hiding a shoulder injury. an injury he didn't reveal until after that unanimous decision loss to floyd mayweather jr. >> three weeks before the fight, there's tear in my right shoulder. >> reporter: the fight pulling

in more than $430 million total. including $300 million from pay per view. now, the lawsuit alleges potentially hundreds of thousands of fans who paid to see the so-called fight of the century and bet good money on it were victimized by team pacquiao's failure to disclose and to cover up his injuries. >> from the fan perspective given the money involved given the money they spent, they at least wished they knew this going in. >> reporter: pacquiao's camp saying in a statement, the allegations are demonstrably false. >> as long as the fight goes on it's hard to say that what they bought wasn't what they were promised. >> reporter: it's not just the fans that are angry. the nevada athletic commission has asked the state attorney general's office to investigate why pacquiao checked no on this prefight form asking if he had

it warmed our heart. how did you meet? >> i was approached by delete blood cancer. they said there's a young man dealing with blood cancer hodgkin's lymphoma. is there anything you could do. take a video. do a photograph. i'm not on social media. i said, can i meet. lets meet and talk. i sat down. met his brother, too. an incredible guy. one through. i was completely ignorant about the process. the fact that he could have a 50% chance of survival if he just finds a donor. i thought, i know you, a little bit. and i know that you're familiar with this. and my father had non-hodgkin's lymphoma. he died of lung cancer four years ago. this is a great platform. >> it is. i thought i knew a lot. i didn't. it's about educating people. what was it like he's your corner man. he's in the corner with you. >> i'm so taken back by everything.

i'm so lucky to have had the opportunity to just meet him. let alone to be here with you and him at the same time to you can that about what i'm going through and thousands of other people are going through. it's like a dream, honestly. >> it's important, anthony and bradley, you have your brothers and your beautiful mom. family members are tested. as my family members were tested. people think, if you have relatives, it's going the be an automatic. that only happens 30% of the time. so 70% of the time you need somebody from the rej sfri. that's what you're trying to do. get people more involved on the registry? >> yes. that's what we have been trying to do. about a year and half ago, i thought because i had two brothers that not really knowing the process, i would get a perfect match or a closer match. they ended up being perfect matches for each other. not myself. the whole process has been it's ease city how to do everything. when i was sick for 2 1/2 years before i knew i needed another
