from abc news this is "world news now" with t.j. holmes and reena ninan. good morning. we're going to start with the defending super bowl champion new england patriots. >> yep, team reporting to training camp today a day after tom brady's four-game deflategate suspension was upheld by the nfl commissioner. the union vowing to appeal the case in federal court details from abc's karen travers. >> upon further review the call off the field stands. the nfl announcing the commissioner roger goodell has upheld the four-game suspension on patriots quarterback tom brady for his role in deflategate. brady sat down with nfl officials last month to appeal his punishment. analysts say the superstar quarterback turned in an impressive performance at the ten-hour hearing giving sincere answers and explanations for the points raised the in the nfl's
