at inova fairfax hospital. this is him now. >> they called me and said it was a little fracture. we went in there, all is damaged. shut,eyes swollen bulging, and teeth broken. the family does not understand how it happened. they say that the family gave them several stories about the injuries that are tough to look at. to them, begged them, please tell us, don't leave us in the dark. we want to know what happened to our father. joce: the family said the hospital would not provide them a copy of an official report. they say they finally got this copy today three primary care doctor. it said their father, uses a walker, was hurt in a fall running from a nurse. can he run? >> the last time i saw him running was 25 years ago. joce: the report says that fall his face in place, but

voyeurism occurred in this building behind me. prosecutors say that as many yes women were secretly recorded by rabbi barry friend al -- barry freundel in the ritual baths. he was considered a leader in the modern orthodox movement. he was arrested in october 2014. he faced 52 counts of voyeurism, sentenced to six and a half years in jail, for but into an contact with the victims. with the jewish new year, he has written a letter of apology to the newspaper. matter howpart, "no many times i attempt to apologize, it will never be enough. there are simply no words to sufficiently assuage the hu rt that i have caused." freundel initially said he
