take a look at the overpass right over there. a distraught man was trying to jump off an interstate bridge in oklahoma city. but an officer arrives on the scene and gets ahold of him. the man was dangling as the officer held on. luckily some other policemen got there and helped pull the man to safety. the man was mot physically hurt. and police dash camera caught the moment a suspect jumped off a bridge. this is in kansas city. he survived the fall into the missouri river and made it to shore. that was when officers took him to the hospital while he complained about soreness, illegal process presumably then moved on. >> one of the heroes of the attempted train terrorist attack in france this summer is back in the news but this time he is a victim. >> yeah, he was stabb during a brawl of some sort and it happened not overseas but right here in the u.s. abc's kayna whitworth has the story. >> reporter: this surveillance footage shows spencer stone in a violent brawl in downtown sacramento.
