the prosecutors, this tale has a beginning when a married couple. it is a love triangle. apparently, the wife grew tired of this. that is how it grew to be something where she went to her 13-year-old daughter. to get her to bring an 18-year-old girlfriend in the picture. it's alleged that struss then killed anastasia and the love-in lover in the home. it was revealed that struss had time to walk away and spent 24 hours waiting outside the home for the right time to

down the mural of bill cosby outside the location. the question was raised after dozens of women came for claiming that if actor sexually assaulted them. but today someone took the issue in their own hands. kellye lynn is here to explain what is going on. kellye: you are right. after those sex abuse allegations surfaced, many people did think the mural of bill cosby outside of ben's chili bowl should come down. now take a look. this is what it looks like now. someone known as a graffiti artist is claiming responsibility for this on instagram. an area blog quoting him saying instead of looking at a sexual predator they can celebrate that the great leader is now on their wall. we reached out to the ali family that owns the

restaurant and no one is available for comment. in november when asked whether or not the family thought that the cosby mural should come down they felt they didn't need to. we'll have to see if the latest development will change that. in northwest, kellye lynn, abc7 news. jonathan: all right, kellye. thanks. we're tracking a developing story. this is after a hacker claims he was able to breach the director's personal e-mail. the hacker isn't identifying himself but he did speak with the "new york post" and says he was able to access documents including a list of e-mail addresses from john bren nan's contact list. the c.i.a. is not commenting on the claim but says it has referred the matter to the "proper authorities." the c.i.a. alison: the latest poll in the wake of the first democratic debate shows hillary clinton firmly in the lead heading to the 2016 presidential race. c.n.n. and o.r.c. surveyed 1,028 adults between last wednesday and saturday and 45%

world series. alison: one thing that is happening is self-driving cars. brianne carter shows us testing here in the area. brianne: for the first time today, the automate and the connected car hit the road in our region. >> i felt safe. brian senator warner was among the officials to ride in the cars tested at the virginia tech transportation institute. the technology was put to the test. it has a communication system to allow it to communicate with the other cars. the automated car drivers itself, speeding up and breaking without the drivers having to do a thing. they say it could reduce traffic accidents and the traffic related fatalities.

alison: despite the weekend's loss, redskins players helped hundreds of kids win big. jonathan: they teamed up with macy's to make sure the kids were warm.

tracking who owns them. suzanne kennedy joins us now. the government is about to intervene. >> so many of people own these things that can be purchased for a few dollars. the federal government says the race is on to put new measures in place for the drones. right now when you buy one of these you don't have to register it. that means if you do something dangerous or illegal with it. there is no way to track you down unless they see you. today the u.s. department of transportation and the f.a.a. announced the moremation of a task force that is going to decide who will need to register the drones and how they will do it. >> as we continue to work on the protocols and the procedures for the integration of the unmanned work place we have to work to provide safety, accountability and the

alison: new developments as runners are trying to avoid the angry owl we told you about swooping in on a popular trail. it's all happening along the capital crescent trail in bethesda. >> after much anticipation we have a look for the first time at the owl attacking people along the trail in bethesda. the video shows the owl swooping down, extended and going up to a tree. there was a still photo of the owl. at least four people have been attacked by the owl. aggressive and trying to protect its neck of the woods.

alison: we have an update on the twins born weeks apart. we told you one that was born weeks ago but the identical twin brother stayed in the womb. early this morning the mother posted on facebook that logan was born early saturday morning. that is 18 days after his brother. logan weighs one pound, 10 ounces. we will keep you posted on the progress. weeks or months after a baby is born can be tough for most

mothers. you might have heard about the treatment for post partum. adrian griffin of the postpartum support virginia is here to talk about this. this is something you dealt with firsthand. >> i did. 14 years ago when my son was bird. i had three children. i had a hard time after the second child was born. it took me six months to find a psychiatrist to help me get on my feet again. i decided to start a support group. then i'm running a non-profit organization. alison: this is a mystery for a lot of people. what is it? it's described as a perfect storm. >> it is. postpartum description and perry natal mood. it can be depression and anxiety. happen after the baby is born

and as well as during pregnancy. it could affect one in five after pregnancy. there is not one single cause. the most important is previous history of depression. there are a lot of other things going in place. does the mom have support. family in the area? partner back at work or traveling. what happened? did something trigger it? i had an emergency caesarean and it was very, very scary. i had a baby with high needs that needed to be helped all the time. toddler, going without sleep. it was the perfect storm. alison: what do you say to the new mom? what do you say to them? we can put some links on the

14-year-old muhammad was suspended last month after a teacher mistook his clock for a bomb and called the police. saturday night in arlington, the council on american islamic relations gave him an award for the american muslim of the year. it was shaped like a clock. he has been invited to attend white house astronny night with scientists. the first week of the month is fire safety in arlington. a boy took it to heart. colin was honored by the firefighters at the engine five after seeing a fire on the neighbor's porch two weeks ago. fire department tells abc7 news that the parents thought it was a fire. he convinced them to call 911. he was rewarded with time having fun with the firefighters. nice when they say i appreciate it. but this is a fire. alison: there you go. great. new at 5:00 tonight. the search is on to find the owner of a wedding ring found
