word that the jury has sent a note to the judge. certainly getting everybody inside the courtroom, lawyers, reporters, getting word and getting tweets from other lawyers inside the courtroom. there has been another request from jurors to the judge. the situation getting everyone's attention. as for the note that came to the judge this afternoon, it was a request from jurors for the entire list of evidence exhibits from both the prosecution and defense, plus five more copies of jury instructions, plus more markers and highlighters. cellophane tape and an easel. the office supplies and copies of jury instructions were no problem, but they decided to not give jurors the whole list of exhibits that will provide specific items if requested. impossible to predict exactly what is going to the minds of jurors at this moment, but this request does suggest they are being very detailed in their deliberations and perhaps a lot more work to do. we will go inside the storm --

long enough. that is what soccer goalies are doing all day long in practices and games. they are slamming down of this material again and again. half of the kids are worried that they can be exposing themselves to potential harm. they have seen cases across e country of cancer, athletes linked together by the fact that it played on this rubber and got sick. there is a demand right now for comprehensive federal testing that we discovered has never been done even though this rubber has been out and used on athletic fields for the better part of a decade. not just here in the d.c. area but across the country. no testing has been done by the federal government that really looks at health impacts here. people are demanding it even know reps say individual studies show this stuff is safe. jonathan: what is holding up the federal testing? reporter: there is a lot of things holding this up. people have been looking in hearing about these problems. but congress is an issue.

shaken up after hearing that the arrest. a parent we talked to said they are glad the student who heard about it came forward. leslie says she got a call from the school today after authorities say a 15-year-old student threatened to bomb brightpoint high school and shoot students. on tuesday a student told the principal the 15-year-old boy told her if she did not accept a gun he was going to bring her and helped carry out his plan, he would shoot her. >> they are going to fear for their safety. every she came forward. reporter: deputies say the 15-year-old brother the threat at school and they say that students and others who overheard it told their parents who in turn reported it to the principal. investigators after executing the search warrant at the home and on his computer, they did not find anyvidence of a written plan. deputies say they found guns in the home but they were secured and locked.
