wednesday, a runaway blimp in the skies of pennsylvania. the expense of military aircraft broke free of its tethers at aberdeen proving grounds and christ, knocking out power to buildings nearby. tom roussey has the investigation into how this happened. >> it does not appear to be attached to anything. tom: folks all over central pennsylvania took these videos. the blimp made a remarkable journey over the state's beautiful farmland. check out this amazing picture as the homage horse and buggy passes by the $175 million blimp. it began the day looking like this, the tethered to the ground at the military's aberdeen proving ground northeast of baltimore, but the tether broke into traveled all the way to the small town of muncie, where it went to the ground, winding up in at least two pieces. >> they said it landed on your
