maureen: in baltimore today a student was stabbed inside his classroom. a 18-year-old sophomore walked in the classroom and stabbed a 17-year-old junior. the sophomore is now under arrest and the stabbing victim is in critical condition. leon: also in baltimore, a judge ruled jurors in the trial of the first officer charged in freddie gray east death will not be sequestered. officer william porter's trial is set to begin on monday. the judge denied a defense motion for change of venue. he is one of six officers charged in connection with

gray's death in police custody. a chicago police officer has been charged with first-degree murder. jason van dyke shot 17-year-old mcdonald 16 times in october of last year. 14 times while the man was down. the city's police union said the night of the shooting mcdonald was armed with a knife and high on p.c.p. mcdonald ignored police orders to drop his weapon and lunge. attorneys for mcdonald's family says the dashboard camera video tells a different story. the video is set to be released tomorrow. maureen: towson swim coach is accused of recording active any locker room. she was charged yesterday and has been on leave since mid-october. the audio and the video recording device in the women's locker room. today abc7 cameras on the scene as the people in tents
